Exceptionally adaptable laser marking inks to create high quality permanent mark on a various metal surfaces.
With just a shake and a spray, conveniently make a permanent mark on your metal substrate with our aerosol spray. It comes in two sizes: 2 oz. and 12 oz to fit your needs.
Note that this product does not include any alcohol in the package. Below application tutorial is for instructional purposes only.
How To Apply Aerosols
Step 1
Clean the substrate with denatured alcohol so it's free of any dirt and oil.
Shake the bottle well for approximately 2 minutes to make sure that all contents are mixed.
Step 2
Hold the bottle at 45ยฐ degrees and spray 6-8 inches from the substrate surface using left to right motion. Apply a thin coat as long as you do not see through the surface.
Wait for the mixture to dry completely or use a hair dryer to dry it in seconds.
Step 3
Adjust and focus your laser settings according to the material and make your mark!
You may refer to the table below on Suggested Laser Machine Settings.
Step 4
No waiting time needed to wash off! Rinse with tap water or wipe with a wet cloth.
Voila! You now have a permanent on a finished product.

I have only used less than half of this marking spray and it started spitting instead of spraying. I took the top off to clean it really good and make sure I shake it really good in between each use. Nothing has helped. It's now garbage. As much as this product is, it should last to the very last drop. Don't waste your money.

It's expensive but it works. I use it in my laser engraving workshop and produces good results with my CO2 laser

Brilliance has worked great for us with our laser needs - a bit of adjustment with settings - but much better than higher cost markers.We purchase this regularly and need to order prior to our current can going empty since we don't know how much is left in the can. Of course just after the 30 day return window closes we open this can to use it and find that the nozzle is broken and it spayed everywhere. It is not usable.Amazon would not allow me to contact the company about the defective can. Contacted them off of Amazon and they are replacing. I will test product right away even when I'm not ready to open a new can.Amazon should do better with contact regarding defective products - I shouldn't need to go off-site to get help.

whats strange about this stuff is that once it is sprayed out, the power and speed settings don't seem to matter! Did a few material test arrays - and with this stuff properly applied the lightest setting is as dark as the heaviest setting - and its black; dark black.I was having mild success with a 20w diode and stainless, but was not getting the inky black I wanted. This spray is what it took - I am having success at 100% power and 100 to 200 ms speed .

It is easily applied, evenly dries, and washes off with little effort. Yes, itโs costlier than many alternatives but is just plain perfect for my purposes with the XTool 20w D1 machine. That said, I have since learned how to get a circular design engraved on a curved surface with the rotating Xtool accessory and not get an oval.

I did not expect these results. Just awesome. Technically I renewed (personalized) my tumbler. Shake well the can. Spray on the surface. Let it dry. (Do not touch it, it's like a powder). Laser engrave it. Wash with water. Ready!I liked this over a more expensive version as the plunger top is nicer and there is more information provided by this company... amazing customer service, they really went out of their way to help me get the right settings on my laser. Definitely will buy more!
