I am new to block printing, currently taking a class on it. While this ink is almost identical to the ink they normally make us use, I bought this instead because it was cheaper but I noticed thatthis ink didn’t dry out on my plate for a long time. It really made things so easy for me, now I can mix and match my required shades at my own pace. Especially layering my prints with multiple colors has been so much easier since I started using it.

I conduct fine art workshops since around 7 years, having worked with various inks, while also creating my own customisations. I have to say that the transfer tack and the depth of color in this ink were truly impressive. The only downside for me is the drying time, which is a little longer than i prefer for quick work. However, some of my university students actually liked the slower drying, as it gave them more time to perfect their prints. If you want your prints to dry right away then this ink might not be for you. Personally I feel for the price, drying time is negotiable for me.

Honestly, nothing special about how it works. I felt the consistency was ideal, maybe even better than the most expensive brands in the market but the other properties were almost the same as other inks. According to me what makes this stand out is that at a price this low, this is a steal. Hopefully they don't increase it.
