I've purchased this brand twice and had excellent germination both times. I tried a different inoculated seed from a different brand once and had very poor germination - bad enough that I basically had no cover crop that winter. So I went back to this brand and got high germination as before.

Unfortunately, there is no rear label pic. The label reads this product contains 50% of seed. I bought two bags. Are we there yet.

I grow a nice crop every year using another seed brand but wanted to get a better $$ deal. My mistake as I got sprouts with Outsidepride Crimson Clover Seeds - 5 lbs but no further growth. No increase to size all winter. I have no idea what is wrong with these seeds but I strongly urge customers considering a purchase to check elsewhere for better quality product. I’ll be going back to the more expensive reliable product.

Planted this clover end of May as a ground cover along with wildflowers in an area that has very poor soil. I'm hoping it will help improve the soil. It seems like most of the seeds planted sprouted. So far so good, especially with the crazy weather. Keep them watered during dry, hot weather. Zone 5b

I purchased to use as an alternative ground cover and these have a really great germination rate! Unfortunately they didn’t work for my purposes because they died in the summer and went to seed, but that was my lack of research because I was looking for year round ground cover. But the seeds are great quality; they’re coated for protection so they’re easy to see and handle and germinate really fast! I just scattered on the ground and didn’t cover and they sprouted within days.

Large print makes you believe it’s just clover seed but, it’s mixed hay and clover . Other wise the clover grew great. Sadly also with other things when I just wanted clover .

We have had so many problems with our back yard garden. We have long strips of red mud and muddy banks on either side of our patio. Due to rain run off and flooding due to poor drainage in a ditch that runs behind our property we have been getting flooding. We fixed our flooding issue but not matter what we do we could not get grass to grow. I mean we have put down tons of seeds. And what little grass we do have looks pitiful and no amount of fertilizer helps it. So we decided to transform our entire back yard and muddy banks into a clover yard. I was so worried that they would not grow and would get washed away before they germinated. But in just 2 days we had 1in sprouts and now they are growing bigger everyday. These seeds are good quality and the coating I think gave them a better chance at germination. We got 100% growth from every seed. We planted the crimson clover on the muddy banks and along our kennel fence and walk way. Crimson clover grows fast and it is a beneficial winter food for wildlife. We planted european clover what you normally find in your yard in our main area of the back yard from the same company. I highly recommend these seeds. The best part about a clover yard is with a little patients you will turn your yard into a low maintenance no need for mowing wild life oasis. It feeds deer, rabbits bees and butterfly's clover yards along with planting native wild flowers will turn your yard into a wildlife sanctuary and you can enjoy the green all winter long depending on what zone you live in. We will be purchasing more to add to what is already growing. And the best part about clover is it puts nitrogen into the soil along with other nutrients and leaves the soil in a better condition than it was prior to you planting it. I would give them 4 thumbs up if I had two extra hands!
