It detects moisture on EVERYTHING. As long as there is contact between the terminals. It’s got a Chinese speaking English with a strong accent that you can’t make out the words.

While picking corn in the 2023 harvest season, I decided to give this a try. I put it on the corn setting and shoved the probes into a sample pail of corn.The reading said 6% lower than what the elevators moisture tester read.The problem was that this tester only allows for 5% adjustment.WASTE OF PLASTIC!
