i do grocery delivery so supplement my income. there are times when a customer would order a 40 bottle pack of water, or huge bags of dog food or 50 pound buckets of kitty litter. you can definitely feel the stress in your back from doing this all day long. here comes this back brace to save the day! after using it a few days, the back brace really helps in supporting my back for lifting heavy items. the snug fit isn't uncomfortable and the Velcro straps keeps everything together no matter how much heavy lifting is needed.you only have one back. protect it with this product. it is a great value!

I definitely injure my back more often than I would like, I wish I would have had this a few days earlier because I was unloading 40 very heavy boxes and wasn't even thinking about my lower back and all that lifting absolutely destroyed me. Now that I have this back brace it's so easy to remember to not use your back for lifting because it physically stops you from doing so and just results in a much safer activity and almost no soreness afterwards!! I have a great deal of experience with back pain and I Strongly suggest using a back brace, this is ergonomic and fits well, it also stays in place! It has adjustable compression straps so you can customize the level of support that you want. Solid choice for lumbar support!

This is a very well made back brace. I really like the quality of the material. It feels premium. The elastic bands are very stretchable but firm, providing the needed support. The velcro feels strong and does not move around.The lumbar pad is a nice addition to this already well designed back brace. The pad is not big in size but does a great job giving an extra padding to the curvature of my back which makes wearing this back brace for longer hours more comfortable.I have a short torso but this brace fits me very comfortably. I believe it should work well with most body types. My husband tried it too and it also fits him well. My waist measures 32 inches so i sized up as recommended and ordered the size medium. My husband’s waist is 36 inches and the medium fits him well but there is not a whole lot of room so if you would like to wear this brace comfortably, you should probably size up if you fall within 2-4 inches from the max measurement of any brace size.I have been wearing this back brace over a week now and it does provide a good back support without making me feel uncomfortable. If you are looking for a good quality back brace, this is a good one. I have no complaints.

The adjustable straps and 3D lumbar pad immediately caught my attention, as they suggest a thoughtful approach to comfort and support.**Fit and Comfort:**I ordered the XX-Large size, which accommodates waist sizes from 53.2 to 62.9 inches. The fit is just right for me, and I appreciate that the brace can be adjusted for a snug but not overly tight feel. Unlike other back braces I've tried in the past, which often apply excessive pressure and can be quite restrictive, the OSK Back Brace feels almost weightless. This back brace is well made and provides good lower back support. The belt features an additional support pad that attaches with a hook and loop closure on the inside of the rear of the belt. One thing I really like about this belt is that it is wide enough in the back to cover the entire lumbar area and is rigid enough to provide good support throughout its width. I wore this belt after several hours on my feet fired up pain from a herniated disc and felt more comfortable within minutes. I then continued wearing the belt for several hours and never felt the belt getting uncomfortable.The one caveat I’ll mention about this belt is about the sizing. The size guide included with the product description is largely correct, having one measure around the belly button and not rely on pant waist sizes. The size guide also advises to size up if you’re close to the upper limit of the size range. In my case, I ordered a medium with my measurement around the belly being about 2.5” less than the upper number of the size range and, while the belt fits, I’d say that you’ll want to size up if you’re within 3” of the maximum waist size of the size you’re considering, otherwise, getting the belt on is going to be a bit of a chore, especially if you’re wearing it over clothing. Aside from that, I really like this back belt.
