These are great for slow careful work. Hard materials, or heavy cuts, they will break. I'd you use them to make rough cuts (mild materials) or very shallow finish cuts even in ard metal you're good. At 1/3 the price of name brand, you can afford to break them, or slow down a little. Otherwise they cut just as well.

The inserts work great for small cuts. Need a stronger grade of carbide for heavier cuts. Over all very pleased with the product for the price.
