I gave this rating because it was hard to put together. Besides that, the mini trampoline is great for rebounding exercise and lymphatic drainage. It is sturdy, and the mat has the right amount of resistance for a good jump. I recommend this product, but it will most likely require two people—one to hold it in place while the other stretches the mat to attach the bungee cords.

I have injuries in my knees and I ultimately purchased this to help build muscle to support my knees in addition to weight lifting. When I do weight lifting circuits I’ll jump in between sets or jump to warm up. Sometimes I talk on the phone or listen to music on headphones while I jump.It is well made and quiet - not noisy at all. The price is great and it was easy to put together, my 10yo son and I built it together. I notice him spending time on it too which is great.Rebounding is great for lymphatic drainage and overall health. I heard someone once say that we really slow down when we stop jumping. At 41 I still play competitive volleyball and jumping is important to my overall health although it is definitely getting harder.I would buy this again!

I'm happy with this purchase. The trampoline is sturdy and solid, and quiet when you're jumping on it - which is what I was looking for. It's easy to assemble until you get to the handle bit, which I needed extra help with - and extra tools.The written instructions are not good, but the video did make up for that. It is light to lift for storage, but the handle makes that a bit awkward. I might end up taking it off again, as I haven't been using it so far.

Skip to the second paragraph for the main review. I got this as a gift for my sister for Christmas. She was thrilled, it was exactly what she asked for. Everything looked perfect all the pieces were there and it had the instructions. Nothing was beat up or bent or scratched. We were thrilled.The main issue was with the assembly. Step One in the instruction book is incorrect. The instructions tell us that “the jumper (colored ribbon) is facing up” when it’s supposed to be face down when putting the bungees in. In the end we broke down and watched the video on how to assemble it. Much easier after that. I recommend skipping the instruction book and just watching the video. Once we got the thing put together it works fantastic. She’s used it and has no regrets about it. It’s strong and sturdy, the price was worth it, and perfect for the workouts she uses it for. The stars are well deserved, but the assembly needs to be noted or perhaps the book needs to be worded a little better.

I absolutely love the 45” Rebounder Trampoline. After searching multiple sites and doing research on rebounders I finally found the OneTwoFit 45” rebounder on Amazon. I was looking for an affordable rebounder for my home health care. I truly believe that using a rebounder helps your bodies lymph function properly. The package came with easy to assemble directions. I like having the handle bar to use for stability as well as stretching. It has rubber caps on the feet for stability and cushion. The “spring” free ultra durable resistance bands are quiet and sturdy. I highly recommend this rebounder.

I was surprised at how straightforward the setup was-- I’d recommend securing the ropes on opposite sides as you go instead of adjacent spots, this makes it much easier to finish securing the ropes without struggling.After a few months of use, it’s durable and still intact after regular use. The workouts are amazing—just 15 minutes of guided exercises leave me drenched in sweat! I can confidently say this rebounder is a great investment and that’s coming from someone who is lazy to exercise. It’s a fun and challenging way to get your heart rate up.Another plus is its mini size-- makes storing hassle-free, which is perfect for anyone with limited space. Overall, I highly recommend this rebounder for a convenient and efficient workout at home!

This was the hardest thing I've ever assembled. Find some videos and watch how it's done to save yourself some hassle. Super sturdy and tight bouncing area. Easy to disassemble for moving feom space to space. Provides a good workout in a small space. I'm over 200lbs and do not have any fear of jumping too hard.

Nice size strong construction, the picture on the instructions could be larger on how to connect the bungee Cordes.
