This is a super product. In an effort to get my daughters (12 & 14) more active and reduce screen time, I got this for them as an option. They love jumping to music and use it almost everyday. It has already improved their fitness. I did have an issue with the product caused by not following the installation instructions properly but the customer service team was very quick to respond and assist me with my issue. Would recommend that anyone getting this takes their time with the instructions and watch the video

This is exactly what I wanted.I used to take Jumping classes all the time, but I have a mini gym in my basement and can no longer justify paying for workout classes or a gym membership when everything I need is at home. The trampoline itself is easy to put together, but attaching the bungees gets really, really difficult the further you go due to the increased resistance (of course this is going to happen). It's not impossible to assemble, I was able to put this together in less than an hour with an extra hand for a few steps, but don't come on here complaining about how hard it is to attach the bungees. You WANT that resistance for your workout, so just put in the little bit of elbow grease.I've already used this for a few workouts and it's amazing. It's the same quality as the professional-grade rebounders in the class I used to go to and it is super sturdy. I am so happy with this purchase.

I wanted to try rebounding for the first time, so after doing some research, I landed on this option because it has a larger mat than most others, I preferred the bungees to springs, I liked the optional handle, and the price point was good. After a couple months of regular use, one of the straps broke off the mat. The threads just came undone basically. I contacted the support team and they sent me a replacement mat for free pretty quickly. I was pleased with the service.Other notes:This is a bit difficult to put together, but it's not bad once you watch the video and get in the groove.I took the handle off almost right away, but if you're older or struggle with balance, it's a nice option. Just keep in mind that's it's supposed to be kind of wobbly.I have to tighten the legs every week or so, but it just takes a quick turn. The only way I notice they're loose is because they start to squeak a little.I love the amount of bounce on this. It's very absorbent and not jarring at all. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

My son spends nearly 3 hours a day on this. He's almost 6 and up until now year after year I have been a broken record of "no running in the house; gentle feet; please don't throw that" etc. A coworker had suggested a trampoline to help tire him out for bed. I was nervous about how my downstairs neighbors would feel & in the past had gotten like a little Tyke trampoline that bored him.In come the OneTwoFit trampoline (rebounder I guess? that's what I searched based on my coworker's suggestion.) I am a decade in developmental specialist & my coworker is a decade in to EC classroom teaching. I work with OTs, PTs, and I'm aware of my son's diagnoses (autism/ADHD.) However, I was still astounded at what a change this has made in our life. I set up a sensory swing and this trampoline and between these two items, he spends his life on these when indoor. He literally has set up the trampoline with a blanket and toys and when he's done jumping he sits to read, play with toys, etc. on top of it. Then, when he's done, he pushes it off and starts jumping again. I checked with my downstairs neighbor and she said that she did not notice a difference in sound with the trampoline (except she no longer hears him jumping from the table to the floor, etc.)I will admit setup took a little bit of time, but I did it by myself (single mom) and the tools they include were excellent for helping set it up. It's very sturdy. At first I was worried about the bungees but after googling decided they would likely be quieter than springs. And the company had sent extra! About halfway through setup, my hands were killlling me from pulling the bungees on, and then I realized that's what the little fork tool they send is for. Use it! It will save your hands and make set up easier. In addition, when my son decided recently to "test to see if it is strong enough for scissors..." the company was EXCELLENT in responding to and helping me replace the jump pad.Seriously, if this thing can satisfy my son, neighbor, and hold up to his 3 hours a day (at least) of constant jumping, I can vouch it can stand up to any normal use. I did a lot of research and searching around to try to find the best trampoline for him, and settled on this one. I couldn't be more happy that I did.

The item arrived yesterday and was returned today. It was missing the tool for the straps. This item requires a significant amount of force in order to pull and install the bungee cords. On the website it also says : Pls note that When installing the bungee cord, you can squat and use the downward force of the entire body to secure the bungee cord.I wish this disclaimer was stated on the item description.

This item is an absolute nightmare to assemble. I had to get a very stong large man to put it together for me after I struggled for over an hour and gave up. Don't belive the videos showing some tiny woman putting on two bungees I guarantee she didn't do the other 40. My assembler (Thanks Airtasker) describes his hands and back hurting, he was in a full sweat in minutes and said he would definitely feel it the next day. The bungees are very firm. The build is very stable, strong, and sturdy. I never feel like it will tip when bounding or stepping on and off near the edge. Perfect for a larger person or someone who wants something strong and stable. The unit is large and I would do all of the set up where you want it to live. If you wanted to move it around you would need to take off the legs and stabiliser - considering the trouble to get it assembled my advice is assemble it where you want it installed. Once it is set up it has a medium bounce which is comfortable and not jarring. However, when you put some effort into it you certainly feel it in your legs. It is not as trampoliny as I expected. The bounce is a little firmer on the edge than on the center. The stability bar works well and gives confidence in using it as you get used to the sensation of bouncing. A great investment. I have it in my living room and probably do a little something on it every few hours and have noticed a positive change in circulation and energy. If you are on a weight loss or health journey I recommend it as a first enjoyable step - it is as easy as you want it to be, safe, stable and fun.

This is a great rebounder. When I saw the price I was shocked. Usually when I see a bungee rebounder they are $500 or more. The only problem with it is that it's totally disassembled. It took me about 2 hours to get it assembled. I should have realized something was up when I noticed that it came with a little Michael Jackson glove and a weird double hook shaped tool for attaching the individual bungees. The glove is to keep you from destroying your hands while attaching the bungees ( or for moonwalking). The tool is very ingenious -- I can't imagine attaching the bungees without it. Some one very clever came up with this thing. The instructions said kneel down when attaching the bungees -- you're going to put all your weight into it. They weren't kidding -- my best workout of the year may have been simply getting all the 45 or so bungees attached. Don't buy this thing unless you know someone who likes assembling things. On the good side it is totally quiet -- far superior to any spring rebounder. And the size is perfect for me.Looking forward to a winter of cardio inside and not freezing to death. Well worth it if you don't mind a pretty tough assembly.
