This arrived quickly and was very easy to set up. It’s great to use while watching TV and helps build muscle. It also helps with lymphatic drainage . It’s very sturdy and hold up to 250 lbs. it’s a very quiet way to get those steps in.

its an ok product, but the springs seem kind of soft and the bouncing takes a lot of effort.

I recently purchased the Stamina 36 inch Durable Rugged Steel Frame Folding Trampoline and couldn't be more happier. I read some reviews before deciding to make this purchase. The instructions were well-illustrated and easy to follow. I knew I would need help assembling. I opened an assembled the trampoline the same day it arrived with the help of my husband. He carefully held one side while I carefully pulled down the other and he ended up carefully standing on it to secure it while I re-inserted the pins on each side. We gently put the cover on making sure to align the holes with the legs and once the cover was on screwed each leg on. Flipped the trampoline over and it was ready for use.I have bounced and jumped on the trampoline and love it so far. I also downloaded the free muuv app fitness app. I appreciate the personalized workouts with smart guided coaching, exercise demo videos, which caters to my fitness level and goals. The trampoline is very well made and feels incredibly sturdy. The bounce is springy, soft, making it perfect for both low-impact bouncing and more intense cardio workouts. My kids love it and I enjoy jumping on it. We feel good knowing that the cover provides protection around the edge. Overall, the trampoline has been a fantastic addition to my fitness routine and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality, durable and fun trampoline.

Love it, I am 64 starting to get in shape, this the best low impact. Only bummer the handle bar attached to the legs is not as stable did I thought. It is not the end of the world. I love it and I am using the trampoline every other day.

Bought this for my son to use indoors, based on my AC the indoor humidity is between 42% and 45%.The trampoline rust after about 2 months of use, kinda disappointed as my son really enjoys it.I was happy to hand tighten all the legs before each session as they would get loose but rusting isn't good.

UPDATE: 15 days of using this just to get my blood pumping because I do so much work on the computer, and I am pleasantly surprised to find that I have lost a little over 2 pounds! I usually use it for 10 minutes at a time, at least 3 times per day (just before mealtime, usually). I've also notice that my cardio fitness has improved. I don't wear myself out on the trampoline - I just put some Motown music on and bounce to the beat - it doesn't seem like much effort, but apparently, it's enough for overall health improvements in a very short time.ORIGINAL REVIEW: By the time I was done reading all of the warnings, etc, I must confess, I was scared of severe injury or death and started having doubts about whether I even wanted to try it! I got it so that I could get some low-impact cardio as a way to break up the vast amount of time that I must spend on the computer (my job - but I mostly work from home). Going to the gym is great, but it's a minimum of 2 hours out of my day which is not always reasonable. Going for a walk is also great, but not always feasible (weather, etc). I looked into under-desk cyclers, etc, but I knew my knees would bang the underside of the desk (and it probably wouldn't add much cardio), so I decided to try the trampoline - it was very reasonably priced, and the reviews seemed good. Of course, it arrived on a day that I was home by myself, so I read all of the instructions where it says you must use 2 STRONG people to unfold it. I don't consider myself to be STRONG (they put the word STRONG in all caps - and I definitely don't consider myself STRONG in the all caps sense). In fact, they say you risk death if you try to unfold it by yourself as it could spring back and kill you - so you're supposed to get 2 STRONG people and hope that they trust each other enough that neither lets go while folding it back. I thought at first they might be over-exaggerating about how strong the tension was in the spring, but they weren't kidding - no way was I going to unfold this by myself without risking death...unless, as many of us weaklings discovered long ago, we use something as leverage. I took it outside and placed half of the trampoline under my porch railing - I fully trusted that my porch railing would not give way, and then pushed down on the other half of the trampoline railings until it popped open. It didn't appear completely locked in place, so I gingerly removed it, turned it right side up and pushed down on the rails until it was flat on the ground all the way around. I added the legs and then had fun figuring out how to get the protective coverring on it - the trick to getting that on by yourself is to hook one hole (there are 6 holes in the cover) over one of the leg threads, then screw on the leg to hold it in place. Pull it all the way across to the other side and do the same with that side. Then just work your way around.for each leg - it's actually pretty easy to do by yourself if you do it that way. So, within minutes I had it put together and jumping away! It seems quite sturdy and well-made, I think I will enjoy being able to get in some quick exercises while I'm working :)Oh, and there's no way I'm undoing it - it will stay open forever as far as I'm concerned...it's low enough to fit under a bed if you need to get it out of the way.

Well made trampoline. Is stiff at first but softens up after a bit of use. Be careful putting this together. The elastic bands are only useful for holding onto. You cannot jump and pull the bands at the same time without the trampoline bouncing off the ground. You can use them correctly if you’re just standing.

We bought this rebounder as a mini trampoline for our 3 year old daughter to use inside the house as a replacement for the air mattress that she was previously using as a trampoline. We received it a day and a half ago and it has been the center of attention since. At first she was a little less than impressed because she did not get much bounce on it but over the past day and a half she has become increasingly more attached to it. She likes to use it to do a quick bounce here and there rather than constantly jumping on it for a long time though, she does bounce on it for a couple minutes at a time when she is really enjoying it. I think it helped that I have been jumping on it a bit to try and loosen up the bands for her. When I was looking into mini trampolines I was having a hard time understanding what each one had to offer so I will try to clarify some things I came across in questions and reviews.First, Yes, a child can use it. Our 3 year old has no problem jumping on it all by herself without a bar to hold on to. She does like to hold on to my hands or my husbands sometimes to get some really high, more uncontrolled bounces in but, overall, she does just fine on her own. Also, this is quite stable. I was concerned about stability given it is foldable and, due to it only having 4 legs in the photo. The way it folds is opposite to the direction you jump so, it is unlikely that it will ever cause a problem because it would have to fold "up" on them. Also, it took a significant amount of strength to unfold it and snap it into place. I don't think that even my weight could fold it back up again, even if it folded the same direction I would jump on it. lastly, about those 4 legs....there are actually 6! The photo is incorrect and for whatever reason, the question on here that asks about the number of legs has mixed answers between 4 and 6. There are absolutely 6 legs on this. I am pleased as it makes it very stable. She has stepped with all her weight, on the very edge of the bar, between two legs and it didn't tip over...though I definitely am not a fan of her doing that and we have talked about not doing it since. :)Answers to some other questions - I am a 34 year old, average strength person and I was pretty much able to open this on my own. I say pretty much only because my husband was there, holding the unfolding edge to "spot" me. I would have done it on my own had he not been there but, as other have said, it is SCARY to unfold. I stepped on the one side of it and used both of my hands to push with my whole body to open it up and it gets really, really, tight toward the end...and very loud...very scary. Once it was unfolded it did not seem like it would fold itself up again though I was very cautious for a bit, not allowing our daughter near it while we put on the safety pad. Now, putting on the safety pad over the bar/bands would be really difficult to do with one person...perhaps even impossible. It is very hard to have it stay in place while stretching it with all my strength to get it to take the next curve. We figured out that there are leg holes in it, so be sure to start it on the right side, with a leg hole already around a spot where the leg will screw in. This makes it stay in that spot and allows you to pull it more without it just sliding along the bar. One thing I want to say, which others have mentioned, is that the instructions were confusing. The instructions mention the secure pins with wire ring needing to be in the bar and secured properly but it seems unclear what that means because they come on the rebounder exactly the way they show in the photo (okay, so you are just checking that nothing came loose in transport as they are for safety...) and you unfold it after it mentions the secure pins and it doesn't mention them again. So, by my understanding, the secure pins just stay exactly as they are and you do nothing to them even after you have just used incredible force to unfold this thing. They don't move, you don't do anything to the pins nor the wire ring. I do not see how they could possibly be useful but, I am not in the trampoline safety business so, I just left them. I felt secure in the other points I mentioned previously to be able to let this go. :) After getting the safety pad on it was very easy to screw in all 6(!!!) legs and flip it over to begin jumping. We have not attached the resistance tubes or the meter so I am unable to comment on their ease of assembly or use. Though, it seems easy to assemble them according to the manual. If it wasn't clear, this rebounder uses large elastic bands instead of metal springs in its design. They seem to be a bit more stiff than metal springs but I wanted the bands for safety and noise control. They do both of these things well - I do not see anyone getting injured by the elastic bands as they are just big stretch fabric, and even when an adult is jumping, there is very little noise. Id say, about the same amount of noise as a person jumping on a carpeted floor....maybe even slightly less noise than that. And, regarding the stiffness of the bands, I believe these will become more stretchy over time as it already seems to be more bouncy than when we first started bouncing on it, and we have only had it for a day and a half.Overall, we, as a family, are very pleased with this product. It is a good quality product at a good price. Although the assembly is a bit scary at times and requires a lot of strength/coordination (safety pad), it really isn't too bad. I do not think anyone should turn away from this for fear of assembly. It is definitely do-able, just serious business. :) I recommend it!
