This trampoline ripped after 3 weeks of light use. I do not recommend this product due to its low quality. My husband did not have any problems assembling it. It was quiet and easy to use. Both my kids and I enjoyed it for the short time we used it. I jumped on it for 5 minutes a day 3-4 days a week for 2 weeks. I weigh less than 200 pounds. My children jumped on it occasionally for short periods one at a time, and they weigh less than 50 pounds. A few days after the trampoline ripped, I contacted Amazon for a solution. I was told that it was outside the return window (by 4 days). I was then asked to dis-assemble and pack up the trampoline to attempt to return it. This is not a practical solution to this problem. Amazon did not help so I have contacted the manufacturer to see if they will help. I will update my review upon hearing from them. Save yourself the trouble and buy a different trampoline!Update: The manufacturer responded by promptly sending me a new mat to replace the ripped mat. I have updated my rating from 1 star to 3 stars in response to their desire to solve the problem. They communicated quickly and the mat was sent as soon as possible. Their customer service was exemplary. Hopefully the new mat will hold up better than the first one ordered!

This trampoline is a great size for a bedroom. My son has sensory needs and he uses this every day. After 14 months of use one of the bungees finally snapped. We have had other spring trampolines and none have ever lasted that long. We were buying 2 a year, so this was amazing. My son is 17, around 105 lbs and does not jump lightly. I'm pretty sure he's trying to hit the ceiling when he jumps! So this is a strong trampoline! When the bungee snapped I contacted the Zupapa customer service. I knew the warranty for the mat and bungees was only a year, so I asked about just purchasing a replacement for those items. They sold them to me at a very fair price, and saved me from having to buy a whole new trampoline. The frame is still in great condition! I will say that I was a little skeptical about the customer service at first. Originally, they said to send them the money through PayPal (to a different email than the company name). I was hesitant but I tried, however, it said that business could not receive any payments. I contacted the customer service again and she had me go through their website. It still seemed a little strange, BUT it all worked out! Everything came today (4 days later!!!) and it's exactly what I needed! Assembly is time consuming and takes quite a bit of strength to assemble, but I was able to get it done by myself. The alligator clips that come with it make putting the bungees on SO much easier!! If I hadn't been able to replace just the mat and bungees I would have purchased the same trampoline! We love it that much!

There is total assembly required. It's hard - you need a partner to help. First, when I started putting the frame together, I realized that I received two pieces that would not fit together like the others. So I had to involve my father-in-law (he has the tools) to "crimp" one end so it would fit into the other end properly. When that was successful, on to the bungee cords. Which are fantastic once it's assembled, but it's a killer getting there. I recommend wearing gloves when pulling the cords. My hands were killing me by the end. Husband got involved. It was a scene. But we did it and I love it! It's so quiet and sturdy and fun! Great workout!!

I tried 1st day to assemble it, the legs are easy streight forward. When I got to the top part I could not do it by myself. I needed my husband strength. So with his help we could put it together. Taken us 2 hrs all together. First I though I will need to return it as I could not do what the video showed. Just ask help from a strong person as you will need it. I love my bouncer now.It is quiet and even myself with 200lb and my daughter with her 25lb can use it with no issues I use it every day for al least 10 min. My daughter can use it much longer 30 min 😀 would like to ketch up with her soon 🤗. I did not fix the handle to it as we do not need it.

Seemed well built at first but the straps that hold the surface on are coming apart really fast. It is not very durable.

I am 69 and just had major surgery 6 months ago plus I have slight arthritis in my hands...but I was so determined to get this together and not have to go through the trouble of returning it. It took me about 4 days to get it completed because my hand hurt so bad that I had to stop and wait til next day. BUT I am so glad I did it! It is a well made Trampoline...very very quiet, the handle bar makes me feel secure and I can already tell that my stamina is getting stronger. I had a lot of swelling from Lymph nodes being removed and I read that this is the best exercise for that. Plus it is great for so many health issues...read up on it! It was worth all the pain and cussing it took to get it together!
