This is my 4th rebounder. This was the easiest to put together and feels the most stable and quiet (so far). There are 3 extra bungees, Unlike all the others. I use it for about an hour 5-6 times a week so I am hopeful the bungees hold up since it is difficult to find replacements.

Instructions are a little odd, I'm guessing from a language translation. The pictures are easy to follow. yhis can be a one person job but You will need some strength to flatten the frame and to attached the last 2 sides of bungees. Once together check your overhead clearance to make sure you won't hit your head while bouncing. We have a lower ceiling. Nice large area so not much worry about slipping off.

If I wouldâve known exercise could be so fun I wouldâve started years ago. Iâve never enjoyed working out, but now I do and I get a better workout than anything I ever did at the gym. This was a present and one of the best presents Iâve ever received.

I am impressed with this model. It's will built. With 40 Bungees, it is very responsive. The handle is good but I would prefer a single piece . All in all, I like the rebounder... BTW I'm 300 lbs. No issues.

You know those things you tell yourself youâre buying âfor the kids,â but deep down, itâs totally for you? This BCAN 51" Mini Foldable Trampoline is exactly that. Sure, the kids (and maybe the dog) will love it, but letâs be honestâyouâre going to spend just as much time bouncing on it, pretending itâs for âfamily fitness.âEasy Setup, Even for the Assembly-ChallengedSetting this thing up was way easier than expected. Half the elastic ropes are already assembled, so it took about 10 minutes to get it ready to go. Itâs the kind of simple assembly that lets you maintain your dignity in front of the family.Quiet Bouncing for Sneaky FunThe premium bungees are a game-changer. Theyâre thick, silent, and offer a smooth bounce thatâs easy on your knees and back. Itâs so quiet, you can sneak in a few jumps during nap time without anyone noticing. Bonus: no awkward spring squeaks to give away your âme time.âRock-Solid StabilityThe upgraded T-handlebar is a lifesaver. Itâs adjustable (from 2'6" to 3'5"), super sturdy, and makes you feel extra secure during those "Iâm definitely not trying to see how high I can go" moments. Itâs perfect for kids who are still learning coordinationâand adults who think theyâre gymnasts.Portable and CompactThe foldable design is genius. It folds down to 15â x 30â, small enough to stash under the bed, in the closet, or even in the car trunk. So when you need to pretend the trampoline isnât taking over your living room, itâs easy to store away.Perfect for Everyone (Yes, Even the Dog)With a 450 lb weight limit, this trampoline is built for adults, kids, and that one family member who insists on turning everything into a full-on workout challenge. Itâs big enough for family fun but compact enough for indoor use. And yes, the dog might even get a bounce in (supervised, of course).Final ThoughtsThis trampoline isnât just a fitness toolâitâs a fun machine for the whole family (but mostly you). Whether youâre jumping for cardio, family bonding, or just to let loose, the BCAN Mini Foldable Trampoline delivers. Itâs sturdy, quiet, and folds up nicely when you need to reclaim your space. Just donât be surprised when the kids start asking why youâre on their trampoline all the time. 5 stars! Highly recommend for familiesâor "families." đ

This mini trampoline is slightly larger than expected. It ships partially assembled. The web site says 10 min to complete the assembly, that may be optimistic. It ships with about 1/3 of the bands already installed. The first step is to unfold it. The easy way to do this is to put one side flat on the ground, then hold that side down and push the other side flat. This allows maximum leverage to overcome the bands, and it goes from a hard process to an easy process.Just keep the locking pin near by.Once the trampoline is flat, in its circle position, you can use the triangle shaped tool to add the other bands. I would recommend loading them evenly, meaning one side, then the opposite side....The trampoline has a handle. The top part of the handle is held by one threaded adjuster. The handle can be locked at three different heights. The bottom part is screwed in, The problem with this set up is if you want to move it to a different room, the handle sticks up, and the legs go in the opposite direction, and it may not fit through a doorway. The lower handle portion should have been shorter. The trampoline works well, meaning there are enough bands to support you and you don't feel like you are going to touch the ground. It is not too tall, and most people may be able to use is with a typical 8' ceiling, without a headache.I do like the trampoline. This is a good exercise that does not create a shock load. What I do not like is that it is awkward to store it. Also, the frame has some hinge points that are riveted together. I would keep an eye on them.Overall, I am happy with it. So far, their QR codes have not shown any exercises. They should include some videos to help get people started.
