Product Description

OKI MICROLINE 320 Turbo Mono Dot Matrix Printer (9 Pin) (435 cpm) (64 KB) (240 x 216 dpi) (120V) (Max Duty Cycle 20 000 Pages) (USB) (Parallel).

From the Manufacturer

The Microline 320/321 Turbo builds on the OKI Tank-Tough heritage. This 9-pin printer is now engineered even tougher for dedicated printing in the most demanding point-of-sale, automation and utility applications. It can easily run twice as long as most printers in its class! And it's economical enough to put wherever you need data on the spot.

The ML320/321 Turbo puts the "work" in workstations for financial departments, wholesale or retail sales counters, even for harsh or warehouse or manufacturing environments. Its relentless performance comes from the rugged printhead design—the lighter, stronger, more efficient motor; the long-lasting rack-and-pinion drive system; a protective, impact-resistant chassis; and a high performance that goes the distance.

The printer can accommodate multi-part forms and stock that are up to twice as thick as those that fit our nearest competitor. The printhead delivers a stronger punch—right to the last page of a six-part form! A patented optical sensor accurately positions the printhead for the precise output, and the auto-tear feature accurately positions your continuous forms for a clean tear right at the perforation—eliminating wasted forms.

The ML320/321 Turbo can meet your needs today and in the future. It's exactly the same size as the legendary ML320/321 and it's compatible with virtually all custom and off-the-shelf software, making it the perfect replacement. This machine has all the Tank-Tough reliability and high performance you need.

Well it's a dot matrix printer. It works really well printing concrete tickets. If it can survive the batch house agg and dust it can work anywhere you put it.

We require a dot matrix printer for two part invoice forms. I could not find a dot matrix printer with drivers compatible with Windows 10 but had read online reviews that Oki would help me get the drivers installed. I purchased this printer and called Oki to walk me through the install. Their customer service is excellent and the tech was willing to stay on the phone with me for almost an hour installing the proper driver, setting up the printer and even getting the paper loaded. It is an older dot matrix, so the menu and settings are older technology and a little clumsy, but that seems to be the way with dot matrix printers in general.I had purchases and had to return an Epson similar model because when I called Epson, they told me Microsoft would have to help me and Microsoft told me to call Epson. VERY frustrating and disappointing.I HIGHLY recommend the seller, printer and Oki for their excellent customer service.

Works Great!I have been using Microline Turbo printers for 30 years. The one that I had been using for the last 15+ years on a daily basis for work finally gave out. These printers cost quite a bit of money and I couldn't afford to by a new one so I was excited to find this reconditioned one at about half the price of a new one. I purchased this one about 3 months ago and haven't had any issues with it, it runs great. Here's hoping that it will last 15 years.

I bought this printer for use in our current campaign of shipping out @1200 packages for military deployed at Christmas. The Oki Microline 320 worked perfectly, although I did have some unexpected issues with my win 7 computer halfway through and ended up finishing on a win10. Does everything work perfectly on a Win10? No, but I didn't expect it to. Did it work well enough? Absolutely. Campaign is over and shipped, and my arthritis is not the first thing on my mind. Sounds like a win to me!

I bought this printer with the expectation that it would be plug and play. It was not though the ad for it gave the impression that it was. When I contacted the vendor there response was to ask me if I wanted to return it. NO, I don't want to return it. I want it to work. I had to buy my own cable for it - a USB cable - and that didn't work. I then bought a 36 pin to USB adapter cable, and after much floundering around with that cable's manufacturer via email, I learned that that cable was of no use to me as well. Why sell me this printer if it's going to be so difficult to make it work??? Why not instead make more of an effort to carefully inform your potential clients by letting them know that you specifically need X Y and Z to make this printer work in advance of selling it to them?I am greatly displeased with this transaction.

We replaced an aging printer of the same model that has been under hard use for many years. We use the printer through the serial card connection. We could not get it to connect until we saw that a newer serial card is needed for the newest printers of this model although there is no model change apparently changes were made in the serial interface. This raised the cost of the replacement of course. Google to find the serial numbers and required newer card if you use the serial interface.Otherwise the printer is a workhorse and performs as expected.

This is a great printer, and is fairly easy to get working, although cycling through the menu system to turn off certain functions can be a bother. The manual is in typical Japanglish which makes it difficult to learn about how to shut off the auto form feed and line feed functions, so bring lots of paper. Windows also adds in some fun because there is no apparent way to turn off auto form feed or line feeds from happening either (like in notepad). This can be a pain with labels because it always wants to eject a page of labels after it is done printing. It will print labels just fine and pound through multi part forms quite nicely. You are also stuck with using the windows based font system unless you INSTALL ANOTHER PRINTER and cycle through the printer types until you see 'TEXT ONLY'. this is the only good way to get the printer to use its own font system. Don't worry, you can just select which 'printer' you want to use whenever you print so you can use both.I am sure with a bit more knowledge, and messing with this printer I can get it to work for me perfectly, and I am pretty happy with the printer. I do miss the nice STAR Micronics Gemini printers
