I received this chair and right after assembly it made a very loud squeaking noise and was hard to rotate side to side, so I contacted the seller for assistance and after a few messages back and forth they told me the best they could do was send me a prepaid return label for a refund. I was fine with this but the problem is once the chair is assembled, it is impossible to take the main cylinder that raises the chair up and down off to ship back in the box. The seller basically told me to figure it out and once I did they would refund my money. So I had to source a very large box that would fit the chair partially assembled to be able to ship it back. I eventually received a refund but not before having to jump through hoops with this seller.

Omgggg. I’m in love with this chair. This is exactly what I needed to help with my back pains that I have. The setup was fairly easy and the color is amazing!!!!

Bought this for my upcoming computer desk to match the style. The components are fully made from stainless steel, there are some weight to it but not too heavy. It's very solid however it's lacking some features like other chairs, I think is a great trade off for a chair that could last longer so I don't worry it could break easily.

These chairs look nice but if you mean back all the way you will flip back. Very unstable.
