Very heavy duty and comfortable chair. Building wasn’t hard at all my 17 year old put chair together. Only complaint is the plastic protective gear was missing. Good back support

Was able to get a new chair from work so I researched and decided on this one as I'm a bigger guy. Very comfortable! Wide enough that my legs aren't push together and hurt after a long day of sitting. The lower back support is also great and has eased some of the back pain I'd feel after a long work day. The wheels glide across my carpet with ease and feels very very sturdy. Directions took a little getting used to when putting together but was easy enough.

I'm 6'3", 325, and I needed an industrial-strength office chair. I've only sat in it for a few minutes, but it feels comfortable and very sturdy. I wasn't in a hurry, so it probably took 20-30 minutes to put together. I love these big, rugged wheels. They roll great. I have a Vitrazza Glass Chair Mat, so I have to be careful not to shove myself off onto the carpet. :-)

I purchased this chair exactly 1 years ago today. It is a fine comfortable chair, good quality. Just recently the right arm broke in the front it came out of the seat I contacted the seller in a email letting them know that it broke within the warranty. They asked for pictures or video of the damage I sent it and then they needed my address. I thought they would send me a new seat to replace the old one nope they sent a whole new chair. I will purchase from them again

I ordered the chair as a gift, the assembly was quite easy. Took about 20 minutes from start to finish. The recipient loves the chair. I feel this is a great value for the money it cost, in person, it does look and feel much more luxurious than it appeared on line.

The chair is ok. I'm 6'1" and weigh 380lbs. I'm extremely hard on chairs. We'll see how long it lasts.2 things would make the assembly experience better. The instructions suck but the chair is simple enough to figure out that in the end they're adequate, but barely. The hardware is fine and suitable for the chair but if they had used socket head screws instead of the button heads the allen wrench would not slip out of the screws so easily. The driving hole on a socket head screw is at least twice as deep. One tip. When you install the arms to the seat leave one of them (or both) loose (both screws but more so the back one). If you don't you won't be able to get the back in and you'll just have to loosen them after getting them all tightened up. Ask me how I know.If the chair lasts a while, even six months, I would consider buying it again since the price was right.

My wife and I did a lot of research and found this chair online. We found it on Amazon for the lowest price. Highly recommend. I am 6'1" and 250+ lbs. Fits me so well. Feels sturdy, and has great support. I can totally tell the difference between my previous Big and Tall chair. Assembly was very easy. The faux leather material is soft and plush; not breathable if that matters. The wheels do move well; so well, that you may find that it moves too easily. I guess that depends on how you move your legs while sitting in the chair. I really love the back support and arms on this chair. Very happy & would purchase again from this supplier.

I want to love this chair, but I can't. I have very VERY short legs and Every Single Chair I buy is at least TWO INCHES TOO TALL. This means if I build it WITH the wheels, it rolls out from under me. I am UNABLE to fully sit in the chair to every REACH the lumbar support.I wanted so badly to love this chair, but in removing the wheels to put low profile slides in place( which would only make it about an inch and a half too tall), seems the piston is too long. I have it fully lowered and I am still dangling my feet, which when I put my toes down, causes the chair to slide wildly backwards, nearly throwing me out of it. So here I VERY CAREFULLY sit, on the edge of the chair, feet dangling, shooting pains in my legs from the pressure of a too tall chair and absolutely SCREWED again because no one understands being short.Ive been teased about using a mounting block (har har, so f*ing funny.) but while that might give me the height I need to get INTO THE DAMN chair, it causes my knees to be jammed into the underside of the desk. If I could only find a piston that WORKS with the chair, is short stroke enough to be able to remove the wheels and use slides, I MIGHT be able to kinda sorta use the chair. 25 years of trying to find a chair that is short enough and 25 years of being profoundly disappointed. Again and Again. Its not the chairs fault. Its the manufacturers for not designing a chair I can swap pistions with to at least make the chair serviceable for me. And all the other people with munchkin legs that have to dangle their feet from to tall furniture and have to get subscriptions to chiropracters to deal with the leg and back paid from chairs too short to be comfortable.
