I bought this because of the functions that the chair had, however if I could have tested them in person I would have passed on it. The "massage" function is just annoyingly load vabration, and the heat is nothing to write about. The seat is hard and I will probably get cushion for it. Assembly was okay. I should have gotten the one that looks nice with no functions.

LOVE this chair very comfortable and the heat on your back with the massage is great, I broke my back and work from home the chair has helped with the pain in the day. would buy another in the future.

I love the chair. It’s comfy on my neck. The vibration and heat only lasts 30 min but I mean the fact it’s there and the chair was less than $200 makes it still worth it. I just keep turning it back on. Haven’t used the foot rest yet but it’s there if I want it. Love the look, adjustments, fits perfectly with my desk. I’d but under my desk if I had a different type of desk but chair was still worth it and I still love my desk.

I bought this chair for my wife for x-mas and she LOVES IT. The chair is very comfortable packing was great and the chair vibrates ( massages ) and heats up as advertised .. Chair is very sturdy and for the price point I feel its a slam dunk

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! This chair has heat but the massage part is not as I expected it to be. Another person ordered the exact chair so before opening mine I tried theirs, that is when I knew I didnt want to spend my money on this chair. I tried to return it to find out I had to pay the postage to send it back. I emailed back and forth with the company from December 31, 2024 - January 11, 2025 to find out the only way they would take the chair back is in a store. They told me I had to take it up with AMAZON if I wanted to return it. I called Amazon everyday trying to get this figured out, if the Nicee Company would have told me that in the first email it would have saved everybody more time!!!

Package arrived two days early and my husband loves it!!. The chair is great quality. The vibration could be stronger but it still gets the job done. The foot rest could be more sturdy but the heating is wonderful! I would definitely recommend this chair to anyone who sits for long hours.

This chair has a lot going for it. Decent Massage, nice heat, easy of movement on floor, good height adjust. Just wish is it was comfortable to sit it. Very little padding to it. The tilt adjust just locks in, it doesn't allow for rocking (and it's inconvenient to use). With a few tweaks and some nice padding, it would be a good chair for me. It looks plush, but it's not. Back to actually sitting in a chair before I buy it.

This chair looks good and work great. The quality is very good It took me about an our. to assemble everything fit nice and tide. But there is no lumbar support the one it's show on the picture it's decorative it's for the looks and the head rest should be a thicker.
