Loyal directions. Misspelt words. I'm not a beginner crafter and I had trouble following the directions.No measurements were included to tell how big to make this. The directions don't make sense. I was excited about it when I ordered. No longer.

I have wanted to try felting for a long time but wasn't sure where to start. This felting kit has everything needed, including clear directions, to give it a try. See the pics above. A LOT comes in the kit. The seller shows and describes them exactly as they are. I just began this project recently. So far it is very relaxing and enjoyable. I will update with a pic of the completed project. But in the meantime, if you have always wanted to try felting, this is a great kit to start with. I give it 5 stars.

I’m new to felting and thought this would be a fun starter kit. I think it’s not quite right for a first-time felter. The instruction sheet is not very helpful on technique. There are two videos, one that illustrates the felting technique and the other for assembling the bouquet, but without voiceover there aren’t any tips or tricks. You just follow along with the video and it’s not really clear how long the felting should take. (I’ve been at it for at least 25 minutes and haven’t even finished my first petal.)I couldn’t figure out how to put the felting needle into the handle. There were no instructions for that. I thought I was missing a piece, but it turns out that you pull the dowel out of the handle, put the needle in that, and then replace it. I had to look this up on the internet because I’ve never felted before.While I’m still working to finish this project, I’d recommend something easier for someone like me who has never felted. This kit does come with everything you need, including two different needle sizes, of course, I don’t know when to use which needle…

I ordered the "OEHPICC Needle Felting Kit, Tulip Bouquet Needle Felt Kit for Beginner with Basic Needle Felting Tools, Bouquet Packaging Materials and Instructions, for DIY Felting Starters."This is the second felting kit I've ordered through OEHPICC and the first one was barely still a beginner kit, this one is more for intermediate felt crafters than beginners. There is just too much and it will overwhelm the beginner.I will say that the kit has everything you need, even tape. I love how many needles it comes with. I've broken needles in the past, so knowing I have so many is nice.The one thing I dislike is that the instructions that come with the kit show everything with pictures and words, except how to finish it all. You have to click a QR code to take you to a video to see how they put everything together at the end. This doesn't work for the older generation. My grams still uses a flip phone. These would be great kits to have on hand to give you a craft to do when the internet or power goes out during a storm to keep you occupied... if only it didn't try and force you to click that code...I just ended up doing my own thing at the end and was happy with the result.

I’m still giving two stars since it comes with supplies that are reusable.I picked this up since I’ve always wanted to learn felting, and it’s advertised as a kit to learn how to felt with instructions. Yet when you open it, literally the only instruction on felting is “shape the petal by felting.” I would if I knew how! Luckily there’s online resources, but I was really surprised there wasn’t a link to a YouTube or a set of basic how-to photos in the kit.(Also it smells kind of toxic, but that might just be how felting kits are, I wouldn’t know since this was my first one!)

This set is great for a first time felter. I like that it comes with everything you need; protectors for your fingers, an assortment of needles, felt, "extras" for your project. My wife is looking forward to using it with her homeschool co-op as they learn how to felt next semester. She can try her hand on this first before helping teach to kiddos. Warning though: the needles are terribly sharp in order to work so use close supervision if doing this project with a youth/child.

My daughter loves this! She wanted to get into felting and this was an awesome kit that helped her with that. Came with more then enough "felt" and the instructions were pretty clear for her. would get again.

Interesting kit to help you understand what needlefelting is and how it works. I would also consider hand protection like a leather glove because you're essentially constantly stabbing a lump of wool with a sharp, barbed needle. It hurts like the dickens when you miss.
