Thai product has been used to clean tile and cubil floors with ease. It helps remove footprints from walking barefoot and stubborn kitchen messes. Dries without any stains or lingering odors. We used to mop with Bona, but this seems to clean much better.

I was looking for a non toxic cleaner since I have a baby and a dog and this exceeded all my expectations. Other cleaners I had left a film on the floor, this just leaves the floor feeling clean and gets way more dirt up. Love it!

I use this product in the laundry after whelping for neutralizing puppy urine smells on cloth pads used in their first few weeks of life, and in my floor cleaner from time to time in their whelping areas. It is a safe chemical which is really important to me, and really does work.

I've been using this product for many years at our Preschool and it kills all the smelly usual odor that children leave behind. It not only smells delicious, it's also a disinfectant. I highly recommend this product.

After reading all the reviews, I purchased 2 gallons because I have an older dog who has plenty of accidents on real hardwood, laminate, and high gloss, engineered wood floors… I also have tile in some areas. I use this in my bio and a floor spray, microfiber, hand, mop, and it’s so wonderful leaves no fragrance behind just clean, sanitized floors, works on all three of those services and I do use on the tile as well. Have needed this in my life for so long and glad I found it.
