With hardwoods throughout the house, we needed a high-quality cleaner that would also condition our dry floors. Bona works and the shine is perfect with no residue! Easy to use, great value for the money. We use one bottle per 3000 square feet and apply every 45 or so days.

Think of this as a premixed mop solution so far as the fact that it certainly cleans. Do not expect it to be anywhere near like actually putting a new clear coat down or refinishing. If you have scratches or scuffs, don't expect magic. If you expect it to be a cleaner, you will be happy. If you are trying to avoid putting a new polyurethane on, don't buy this thinking you are saving a ton of time.I hoped it would be something akin to using rubbing / polishing compound on a car to remove light scratches and swirls. Unfortunately, I would not equate it to that even.

Says you have to let the floor dry for one hour. How in the world do you not walk on your floor for an hour. Therefore can't use and afraid to use will be sending it back

It works and keeps floors looking good / great when used as directed. Have followed directions and usually reapply every six months. I use the Bona professional hardwood floor cleaner once a month to clean the floor between the refresher applications. The high traffic areas are what prompts the 6 month applications. (I cannot just spot refresh so do the entire floor as per instructions) It keeps the floors looking good and there has not been a need to strip the floors and refinish the entire area for five years. It is a keeper for us.

Wonderful product for my dull and worn out looking floors. I used a stain pen to fill in the dents and scratches on my floor first, then I swept, cleaned with bona wood cleaner, then applied the refresher. It is beautiful and shiny. I used a regular microfiber mop and got it plenty damp. Make sure to use plenty of product or else it will not look shiny like it’s supposed to. I used a generous amount. I hope this lasts long than 1-3 months because it is too hard to move all my furniture around.

This goes on very easily over a floor previously treated with a water-based polyeurathane top coat. It is not a wax. I had to read several reviews on a variety of websites to discover the difference. This product is, in essence a thin polyeurathane and is a renewal treatment. Our floor is real hardwood, coated with water-based polyeurathane in the nineties. This went on with just a swiffer style mop and soft microfiber cover, as if I was just applying something like "mop and glow". It dried for light foot traffic in an hour. It left the floor looking so much better! It had a better shine and since then has been easier to clean.

This takes a little patience. Doing a couple thin coats with a new clean sponge mop worked best for me. I tried with a new microfiber mop and as others have said, it streaked a lot. It looked smudged. So the sponge worked better for me. I like that it leaves the floor with a more satin finish than a high gloss shine. It lasts about a month on my high traffic areas. I have a Bella wood floor with 3 boys and 2 large dogs and my high traffic areas have very fine scratches that give that area a dull look. This product has been able to match the original sheen of the floor. I would recommend this product. I did use as much as I thought I would but again I did not want a high shine.
