This works better than I thought. It centers straight when you lock it down and doesn’t move. It’s a good choice for light to medium cutting.

This is it - sacrificing a little bit of ease of use for versitility and absolutely acceptable quality. A little harder to set up/less permanent than the 200$+ options, but I can move this between my 3 bandsaws depending what I'm cutting, and use it as a self clamping edge guide for my jig and skilsaw when breaking down lumber/slabs or cutting datos with a router. For 100$, this is an absolute effin steal.

I wasn't sure how good this would be, but I'm impressed. It stays in place and makes resawing so mich easier. I use it on my little ryobi bandsaw and it works great. It pops on easy and feels sturdy.

I purchased the OSKOOL fence because I have a 10" bandsaw that has a small 14-1/8" x 12-1/2" inch cast aluminum work table. Most of the aftermarket fences are for larger and thicker tables or use magnets which won't work on an aluminum top.The fence fits perfectly if there is enough space for it to extend out of the rear of the table. It clamps firmly and can be squared with the blade. However, in a resaw application, it can be prone to tipping, causing it to be not plumb with the table. Despite tightening all the thumb screws and adjusting the clamps, the weak point seems to be the clamps themselves. They can be tightened to keep them from going out of square, but keeping them plumb is not so easy. It's a simple product made of extruded aluminum with an anodized finish and a cam mechanism to lock the fence. In terms of value, I used a coupon and paid only $50, but I don't think it's worth the $75 that other reviewers have suggested.

If you are looking for a fence for your band saw and don’t want to spend big bucks, this is the way to go. The clamping system has multiple uses other than holding the fences, so it is a win-win? Fits just about anything. Well made and versatile. The ONLYbthing that threw me - and it is NOT a negative, it is just something to be aware of has to do with the t-track on the face of the fence. Standard t-track bolts do not fit. You have to use a hex head bolt instead. Not a big deal, and I don’t hold it against them, it is just something to be aware of.

Bought it as a solution for the Sears bandsaw I inherited from my father. Does a great job!

This fence is a really nice and fairly inexpensive addition to my Rikon bandsaw. It locks down very firmly and adjusts easily. As you can see from the photo, I used stick on tapes to determine cut size and make sure the fence is square to the blade/table. The standard fence on this saw never really locked down and had a fair bit of play. I can even set the right drift angle with this setup. The "tall" re-saw fence is only 3.5". I have 12+" of re-saw capacity, so I'm going to have to attach something taller. Even so, this simply designed product works.... Sweet!

1st I bought the O'skool router lift. It was impressive. Now I bought this straight edge guide for my new bandsaw. O'skool keeps impressing me with their quality of manufacturing. They make outstanding products-period.
