I wound up with 2 tiny, sick kittens (abandoned by momma) that I was trying to keep alive, help them gain weight and get healthy. I purchased this hoping it would help them - and it did! This was my first time using this but it won't be my last. Since they were so tiny, I used a feeding syringe to give it to them. They wound up liking the taste but to be sure they got all of it, I still used the syringe. They're still tiny but they're healthy. I will be buying more of this!

Both of my cats LOVE the taste, even my picky princess lol they will eat it straight off my finger or a spoon. I'm happy w/all the vitamins in it & health benefits. The tube is easy to squeeze & use. Nutri-Vite has done it again, another product that I will continue to use by them.

This paw gel would get flipped off - lol - I need to put it on my finger and then in his mouth. He's been taking it for years. It's worth it, he improved with this. It's a great start for youngsters. He's nearing 16, so I changed up to a (a different brand of) liquid glucosamine, and he's able to jump again.

My cats (like most peoples cats in these reviews) were not exactly fans of the taste. So we decided to add it straight into their meal once a day. This along with the their fish oils, and kidney gold, and bone broth all mixed into their wet food. They eat the whole bowl without hesitation. I suggest if your cat doesn’t like the taste, just hide it in one of their meals!

I’ve purchased this product 13 times and my cat loved it. It had a white cap. Now, it has a black cap. The products are different. The new one is darker, and thicker and my cat won’t eat it. This is unfortunate as I used it to get her to injest some medicine she needs that I was unable to get her to consume any other way. The seller says it is not returnable. Amazon addressed this issue for me.

My cat dislikes the taste of this product so much that she doesn't lick it off her paw and just goes to hide, it makes a mess everywhere. I tried to return it but seller didn't accept return. Beware before purchasing. Looking at other reviews it seems like this is a new formulation and not cat likes !

My cat is 17-18 years old, and this vitamin (in the original version) has helped him to regain the joy of running, helped his coat and his overall health. The previous version with the gray jumping cat was amazing, and I read the reviews about the new version with the blue packaging as not being as good as the other. I just ordered a new one because I was running out as my cat asks for his vitamin every morning. I received the blue packaging with the face of a cat, as the new version is presented. People are right, the new formula does not smell the same, is a darker brown color and I imagine it does not taste the same, because the cat refuses to eat it, even from his paws. If the manufacturer could do something to bring the original product back that would be amazing. I will discontinue buying if the new formula is all that is from now on. The problem now is to find another vitamin my cat likes. Disappointed!

These are great for encouraging my cats to take their tablets, they just lick the spoon clean.

I have two short hair tabbys, one is 1.5 years old and one is 4 months old. I used to get nutri-cal for them, but lately they've not been too keen on it. My 1.5 year old used to eat the nutri-cal like it was a treat, but now we have to chase him to eat it. However, he comes running when he hears the cap open on this vitamin! He absolutely loves the taste. My kitten was less keen on it, and the first few days I had to smear it on his paw for him to lick off and eat, but now he eats it off my finger. I have two negatives about this product though:1) it has no taurine, which apparently is very necessary for the cats, and most other vitamins have it. I'm not too worried though because even the Kirkland brand dry food has taurine added to it, so they're probably getting enough in their diet.2) it has a disproportionate amount of fat in it. It seems like a high-calorie vitamin, which my slightly overweight 1.5 year old doesn't need. I wish they would make this a high calorie version and offer another, low calorie alternative.Overall, my cats like it and that's a plus, but I'm not sure if I'd get it again because of the high fat/calorie content.
