Perfect OEM fit for my 1980's doorbell. Not the same cover as original, but fits perfect and isn't yellowed out and gross like the one it replaced.

Generic for sure, even though the door bell is the same brand, ours is way too old. Used double sided tape ...at least it's covered.

We needed a new doorbell cover and this was a good price. We measured and measured to make sure it would fit. The size was correct and color are perfect but we had to add a piece of Velcro so it would stay in place. It was a very snug fit. After the modification it looks great.

We liked the sound of our retro chime and wanted to keep it after painting. It was one of the models listed under "About this item". I wonder if the reviews that said it didn't fit had a different model of chime. I took mine out of the package and put it on the chime. It clicked into place The wife was thrilled. It is more modern looking and replaced the yellowish (discolored?) cover that was there when we bought the house.
