I bought this when I was searching for a cast iron one, got this one instead. Great quality, non stick for easy clean up... I use it on smooth top stove a lot. Just turn vertical on 2 burners. Make great steak and burgers on your stove when it's too hot to grill..

We bought 2 of these, one for our daughter and one for us. It did not work on the dual burner feature on our range. The round stainless steel center on the bottom is not big enough to make enough contact with the burners so the range shuts off the dual burners after a few seconds. On our daughters cooktop, though, the dual burners are closer together so it worked. However, the heat was nowhere near evenly distributed, as the top and the bottom of the griddle didn't heat like the middle did, again, because the stainless steel is only on part of the bottom of the griddle. It is fine if you keep that in mind if you are able to use it, but unless your dual burners are pretty close together, it will not work properly on an induction cooktop/range. Disappointed, as it seems to be good quality product otherwise.

I got this because it said it worked on induction cooktops. The point of induction is the fast cooking, this pan was anything but. It only was hot in the middle and did not cook evenly. Was a sad Christmas morning when the new pan did not work well and breakfast took longer than it should when using induction.
