My stove has a long middle burner for a griddle. The griddle that came with it is a bit on the smaller side so if I plan to make more than three grilled cheese sandwiches at a time, I have to make it in batches. This griddle fits my stove well and I can actually use it across two burners instead. Makes frying breakfast meats for meal prep faster and easier. Only complaint is the handles stick out too far so this doesn't fit in my oven's storage drawer or in a cabinet. It's currently between my refrigerator and a cabinet so it stays out of the way.

Not level…warped. Tried to make an omelette… it flowed everywhere but the middle. Couldn't use it anyways becauseIt started to smell like a plastic factory on fire. Had to open every window in the house to get rid of the noxious fumes. Complete junk

Do NOT buy this for induction cook top! I am new to induction but I am certain your pan should not start smoking and bouncing around on the stove top 2 minutes after turning it on. It burned a residue off the pan on to my stove top! Thank god I was able to clean it off with a lot of “elbow grease!”

I've been looking for a griddle for a while to use on both my electric stovetop and gas grill. I have tried multiple other brands and have been disappointed for various reasons (warping, slow heating, sticking etc). This griddle met all of my needs and is an incredible value.The large non-stick cooking area spans both burners on my stove and allows for excellent food spacing to avoid overcrowding. This heat conduction and retention was fantastic, allowing me to get a great sear on both smash burgers and fish, awesome crisp on bacon and deep browning on veggies. This griddle sat completely flat on both my stovetop and gas grill. No warping or rocking like other brands I've tried.The non-stick surface made for very easy clean-up with a simple rinse and wipe. The handles make it so convenient to transport and rearrange and it even comes with a set of oven mits. The raised lip surrounding the pan did a great job of containing any food juices.Having tried multiple griddles, I can say with confidence that this griddle performs extremely well. I'm planning on buying another as a gift for a friend. If you've been looking for a quality non-stick griddle that cooks great, is versatile, convenient and priced at a fantastic value, this griddle is for you!
