Really like this stand. Use it for Pinecil (TS1) soldering iron. Holds the iron properly without touching the heated parts. Weight of the stand is enough there is no wobbling when working. The circular sponge is properly sized when moistened, and I really like the contours of this stand. Plus is less than 1/2 the cost of a comparable weller stand. Highly recommend and would purchase again.

I really like the heaviness and stability of this holder, it stays put on the workbench. My Pinecel soldering iron fits it very well, not much else I can say about it... it just works.

This soldering iron holder fits over my old Hakko 456 soldering iron well. Doesn't take up much space, and is heavy enough not to tip over. It has a simple, but good design.

I have a Pinecil soldering iron and it falls through. The diameter of the opening is too large for it. I will use an alligator clip or something similar to reduce the diameter. Overall I am happy with it. It is also heavy which is good. It won't tend to shift around on your desk.
