Introduction to Usage:
- First let the cleaning block absorb enough water, squeeze some out with your hands, and retain about 70 percent of the water. With the handle of the soldering iron, rub the heated tip on the cleaning block twice, and the tin layer above will be bright as new, and the soldering tip will be clean, and then welding can be implemented.
- High quality cleaning sponge for welding, placed on the soldering iron frame, for cleaning the soldering iron nozzle, can quickly clean the oxide on the surface of the soldering iron head, and will not harm the alloy layer of the soldering iron head. Prevent the soldering iron head from oxidation, overheating and burning, remove solder residue, and keep PCB board components clean.

I know there are other tip cleaning options available now, but I guess I'm old school. I still like a good sponge for keeping my soldering tips clean while working. These sponges are very heat resistant and do a great job.

Needed a new sponge for a long time. They come in a small packet but when wet the sponge fills out to a good size. They work perfect for me.

Used to wipe off the oxidized solder from a solder tools tip. It’s a bit smaller than the reservoir of most (Weller, etc) but otherwise functional.

This came in a 10 pack and I am not sure I will even go through all of them, but better to have extras. You never know what will happen. Not too much to say besides that I found this work great and have no complaints.
