It's been out of the box for several days now (past the 24-48 hour window) and has not expanded properly.I've contacted the manufacturer so hopefully they can resolve this issue.The tray table is the only saving grace. Although other's have had problems with it, mine arrived in fine condition.Update: Six days later and it still has not expanded. I sent an email via their website (like amazon directed) and was told to contact amazon. So the customer service is non-existent. I wasn't able to talk to anyone (via amazon) and was directed to the automated return service. Home pickup for the return needs someone present so I'll be lugging this hunk of crap to UPS.If only negative stars were an option.

ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE with it!!! provides great support and the cover is soft and the pillow is very comfortable. Table is very nice.

The Nestl Reading Pillow with Portable Laptop Lap Desk, Velvet Feel Back Pillow, Shredded Memory Foam Back Support Pillow, Large - Navywas purchased for late night paperwork sessions. The laptop desk is sturdy. The Reading pillow itself is firmer which is what I was looking for to support an upright posture. love that it comes with the 2 extra pillows. The bolster pillow, I use daily. It’s so soft and comfortable as a support pillow or arm rest when not using this particular reading pillow. I have found that the head pillow I keep attached as it’s very comfortable.The fabric is high quality and removable with zippers for washing for all the pillows. Major plus! It came folded/flattened/boxed and I was concerned it would not regain its form and uprightness, but it did, very well. I waited the recommended 48 hours.I was disappointed with the shredded foam as I’m not used to it but I am getting used to it and do like that this feature makes it customizable to remove or add as desired. It’s large has some handy pockets/storage.I really like this pillow set. It’s quite amazing for the price. I recommend amd wood buy again.

This pillow is comfortable and props me up nicely in bed but when I add the tray it makes it too high for me to eat off of. And it's not sturdy enough for me to keep a drink on.

The pillow/backrest is great. Nice and firm. I have had it almost half a year now and it has held up well. I like to lay in bed and use my 2 in 1 laptop in tablet mode. This provides good comfort while doing so.The lap desk is great. I sit my wireless keyboard and mouse on it and game from my bed now. Nice and comfortable. I wish the legs was adjustable but it is a near perfect fit for my lap. The extra long pillow that comes with it makes a great arm rest helping to support my mouse arm during extended gaming sessions.You can fit a 15 inch laptop and mouse comfortably on the lap desk. If you are going to use an actual keyboard, I suggest a 60-75% keyboard. A full size is too big for this. I ended up ordering a 60% keyboard just for when gaming and using this. It fits perfectly alongside my mouse. I have plenty of mouse travel space like that but my fullsize keyboard was just too big for the laptdesk to accommodate.Quality is good. Nothing is chipping or falling apart or worping after almost half a year. I am ordering this set for my best friend for Christmas this year. Makes an excellent gift.

OMG - I recently began using this reading pillow and I am ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE with it!!! It’s firm which is my preference; provides great support; the cover is soft and the pillow is very comfortable; I particularly like that cover is removable and washable (which I washed and line dried before using). I allowed the pillow to inflate for 2 days making it very full and firm. Additionally, the tray is ample in size making it a nice enhancement to the pillow. I highly recommend!!!

I bought this pillow for my daughter who is In College. She had been needing a reading pillow and we thought this one was perfect as it came with a desk she can use for her laptop. The package actually came earlier than expected. The pillow is much taller than most we searched on Amazon. So we were please with that part. When unpacking the pillow it was really flat. The instructions say it takes 24-48 hours. It comes with and outer zipper and an inner zipper where the pieces of foam are. We opened both and fluffed it for a good 10 min. It did have a slight smell but after a few hours it was gone. She loves the pillow as it is soft and tall. When it came time to use the desk, we opened the plastic wrapping and instantly a piece of the table fell out. As we continued to inspect it it was chipped in 3 spots. See photos. I counted the manufacturer to let them know of the damage. I'm still waiting on a response. However I don't think I will be able to anything with it as we will not be able to Redbox the pillow. Once fluffed all the way it is way bigger than the original box it came with. Bummer as the pillow was great and table is perfect height it's just chipped and will keep snagging and scratch you when in use.

Be warned, the thing comes vacuum packed so you won't be able to use it right away. Requires a no heat trip through the dryer or a bit of shaking and a bit of time. After about 5 minutes of shaking it wasn't terrible. After a day of sitting around it was basically normal. For sitting up in bed it's pretty comfortable and the head rest pillow can be detached. The color is nice and the arm rests work well.The lap desk is kind of a nice bonus for the price of the pillow. I would love to see it weighted with a detachable weight in the front so when I place the tablet in the tablet holder it doesn't lean back a bit. The cup holder is fine for a normal glass or a can of soda, but it's too small for some of my cups. It's decent to eat off of and seems steady enough. Since the legs fold it's easy to fold up and put off to the side. I read off my tablet with the lap desk in place and it works great for that. Both the cup holder and tablet holder come out of the desk so they can be cleaned easily.
