I am absolutely blown away by this pillow! I received it as a Christmas gift and it has quickly become my favorite thing in the house. I have never slept so well in my life. The Husband Pillow is so comfortable and supportive, it feels like I'm being hugged all night long. I can't believe how much better I feel in the morning.I love that the pillow is adjustable, so I can customize it to my exact preferences. I also appreciate that the covers are removable and machine-washable, which makes it easy to keep clean.I highly recommend this pillow to anyone who is looking for a good night's sleep. It is truly the best pillow I have ever owned.

I'm 5'6" woman, 145 lbs. I was concerned that XXL would be too tall, but it is perfect. I was also concerned that the standard fabric would feel cheap, but it is pleasantly soft and silky--it's not a one-way velvet; it's smooth any way you rub it. Some people have raised concerns about the pillow being floppy. I find it to be just fine. There is an elastic strap on each end of the headrest that have 3 buttonholes to attach it either loosely, medium, of snugly. I am using medium and it's not floppy. I use it in bed and the back rests against my headboard which is slightly angled back (not straight up and down) and the headrest sits exactly in the curve of my neck which is what I wanted because my previous arrangement of stacked pillows pushed my head forward and would hurt my neck while reading or watching TV. Now I'm comfortable. The armrests are also a nice feature and just the right height for me. Overall, this is better than I expected it to be. Quite pleased with my purchase and recommend for others. Not the cheapest, but worth it. P.S. I let it expand for 2 days before using and fluffed it (more like a massage) several times to help break up the foam a bit so it could fluff up more quickly. Mine did not have any odor at all.

I have always wanted a pillow like this and chose to get this for my back. I like that the pillow cover is soft, the pillow shape is adjustable as well as the firmness. I use this pillow every single day since I got it. I feel this was a excellent investment in my life!!

At home, I typically work from my couch, as it's more comfortable than sitting at a desk, and I focus better there. I've been using the same reading pillow as an "office chair" for years, but it just doesn't offer the support I need anymore. After looking at all the other options out there, I settled on the Husband Pillow.I was unsure about whether to get the Medium or XXL, but as I'm 5'1" and use this on a couch, I thought the XXL might be too big. So I got the Medium, but would probably choose differently if I could do it again.The Husband Pillow definitely offers ample support compared to most. I'll even say the difference justifies the cost. The notes in the package said to give it 24-48 hours to fully expand, but mine was ready to use after about an hour. I did not put it in the dryer like some have suggested. Rather, I opened the outer cover and reached in to fluff up the foam.I will say that if you're looking for something super soft and squishy, the Husband Pillow might not be for you. It's pretty firm out of the box, and while you can add or remove filling to your taste, shredded memory foam doesn't have the same loft as the fiberfill in other pillows.The cover is plush, with beautiful, high quality fabric. I got the purple and LOVE the color. It's a true purple, not lilac or eggplant -- which it seems is surprisingly rare.The one thing I would change about the Husband Pillow, and the reason why I wish I got the bigger size, is the neck roll. In the pictures, it looks secure and integrated into the body of the pillow, like the headrest of a car seat. In real life, the pillow body has two sets of large buttons, and the neck roll attaches to them with an elastic loop that is cinched with a large lace lock. No matter how tightly the elastic is secured around the buttons, the neck roll just kinda flops around limply, providing no support unless it hangs over the body of the pillow or is propped against a headboard or wall. It would work a lot better if it could be attached more securely and tightly.Despite that one design issue, I am glad I found the Husband Pillow. No spouse is perfect, after all. ;)

Well, I needed something to lay up against the wall while sitting on my bed and this bed pillow is perfect for that. It's not the most comfortable pillow it provides good enough back support. It's not soft like an actual pillow, but it's not supposed to be. Its job is to be sturdy and still enough to support your back while sitting on the floor or your bed without falling over and it does that easily. I'm happy that I made the purchase and it's worth the money considering I use it often. It looks good too and has a soft feel to it. The pillow itself is very sturdy so it won't fall over. It has great support for my neck also without the worry of any strain or discomfort.The only dislike would be that if you sit for long, it will be a bit uncomfortable on your back, but this can be fixed by placing a soft pillow in front of it for extra comfort. I found myself having to do this frequently and this tended to fix the issue. Other than that this pillow is great for sitting in bed watching tv, reading a book, or browsing on your computer. No more sitting my back up against a hard wall or trying to stand a pillow up to lay against. This is the ultimate bed rest pillow to suit your needs.

This thing is a good size & the fabric is ok. But ug the "memory foam" or whatever is inside, when you use it, stays frozen & pretty hard in it's last shape. You have to punch & vigorously re-fluff it every time.I don't get the industry's obsession with memory foam. Who sits or sleeps in the *exact* same position every single time? I want fluffy like a pillow! Too bad.

This is by far thee best ever pillow to sit up in bed with or anywhere for that matter.Super sturdy & holds it's shape & has a soft covrr, not a saggy puffy beanbag fill type unit. Even local shopping stores like BB&B don't carry anything close to this, same shape but squishy no support & too short & small! This Baby is the Real Deal, Big, Super Comfortable & It keeps it's shape. I have bought way to many floppy non supportive small,short,soft crappy pillows in the same design & could never find anything even close to this.It is about a foot thick & about 36in tall with the big tie to anything headrest pillow it comes with. We have a fancy metal tubular style headboard & I can't even feel it through this pillow! It functions more like an upright portable backrest! This is Amazing !!

Ordered the brown, received the gold which in my opinion is much nicer. Very fluffy, took some fluff out to my own thickness, it works out. Love it. Perfect for my chair for writing.
