The Good: price and fidelityThe Bad: The head is actually of a premature newborn and not an “infant” and the cheap glue used to attach head to board failed.

I’ve worked on Manikins before and during my training for NICU and this one is just as great as the ones I tried before. But this doesn’t come close to the real thing. It’s good, it has its benefits is creating an environment and coordination, don’t forget to add laundry detergent in the back of the throat of the manikin to side with advancing a scope and tube, if you don’t, the silicon is gonna make it really difficult but it becomes a pretty interesting challenge if you can get it in. The obstacles help with hand strength and the possibly of not being able to get it on your first try. Anyways, it’s great and I’m glad I got it.

No epiglottis, there is just a long tongue with a hole in it for your ET tube. Not a high fidelity mannequin. Do not buy if you wish to use for training. I bought this to donate to my EMS training section. Gonna see if I can return it!

I ordered 2 from a different brand first. They looked nice but do to the Qaulity did not make it through the first class!I replaced them with this brand and Wala! They are more life like anatomically and visually! This class was amazing with experienced intubators and well made manikins!
