You can spend hundreds more, and I doubt 1 out of a million people could ever tell the difference between this MC UV filter and a Hasselblad. First of all, if your lens is anything but the most expensive one you can buy, then don't worry about it and just use this filter to protect your lens. The pricier filters might resist scratches, smudges, water, and fog a little better, but you can literally buy a dozen of these filters for the price of a BW. I do own BWs and Hoyas, and I still use these cheap filters for daily carry, popping on the pricey ones in challenging conditions or the money shoots. Honestly, I've forgotten my fancy filters many times, and I can't tell you which shot has which filter on. If the price already wasn't good enough, you also get a lens cap. Just buy these and then you won't have to cry about a scratch on your lens or Hoya filter. To those who turn their noses up at any filters, that's fine, but I've already saved at least 6 lenses from certain damage, so I'll sacrifice whatever miniscule image improvement you get without a filter to save thousands on lenses.Edit after more field use: As noted originally, this filter isn't as resistant to smudges, scratches, water spots, and lint when compared to pricier models, which can lead to spots showing up in your tighter aperture shots. It's still cheap enough to have brand new spares with you if you want to be sure to avoid those spots. I reduced my original rating from 5 to 4 based on this.

It’s filter and a lens cap what else can you say. It works like it should. Lens cap and filter of pretty good quality.

使ってた保護フィルターを外す時に落としてしまって直ぐに必要になって購入しましたけど予想していたよりも綺麗に撮れて少しクリアな感じに思います。レンズの傷を防ぐ為に必要に感じます。買って正解だと思いました。
