It's metallic so no cheap plastic. Comes with a rubber ring that helps keep the metal ring in place. Matte color matches with all my other black matte shower accessories. Very easy to install and works as intended.

Very nice packaging to protect the chrome finish of the shower arm and flange. The inclusion of Teflon tape was also a very nice touch. Convenient. Highly recommend.

First one ordered had a flange that was too loose and smaller than pictured from others. Second one was just right with a nicer better fitting flange. I prefer the heavy brass over the thin stainless versions. Good value. Would give it 5 stars if the first one was correct.

The threading would not allow us to screw the pipe into the fixture. We did try it on several different fixtures but it seems to be a problem with the threading on the pipe. Unfortunately we will have to purchase different pipes. Frustrating!
