Excellent product well made. I used it for the shower which had a gooseneck on it and I didn’t want to change the gooseneck for smaller people so I bought this. It was very tight, I loosened it a tad to make it movable. Comes with several washers and plumber tape. Very happy with the product

I received the first order new in perfect condition. When I received my second order it came used with scratches like someone used pliers instead of a proper wrench to install

I needed the showerhead to adjust further down so it would spray more down instead of the back of the shower. This did the trick. It moves just fine once it’s installed.

Boy is the swivel tight. It was stuck and just wouldn't move. Must have sat on the shelf for a long time, I don't know. Sprayed a tiny bit on one side of the swivel and just let it run it's course around the rim. Let it sit 10 min and it was perfect. Had to use the thicker washer that it came with it to fill the gap of my Moen shower head screwing to it or it would have continued to leak. If I didn't have to do the WD40 step, it would be a 5 star review.

Dear good Lord Jesus thank you for letting me find this attachment. I bought a fixed showerhead (did not read the package) that I ended up loving. The way the pipe was situated , it sprayed the back wall. This attachment is allowing me to use the showerhead, without having to use a heavy shower arm. Would definitely buy again. It is quite stiff, but I wad able to swivel it once it was attached.
