- Made of real cork, the massage balls and rollers are durable and offer a non-slip surface when using. Cork is also lightweight, so it won't weigh down a bag or backpack. To clean, use a damp cloth and allow to dry. Do not soak in water.
- A cotton carrying bag is included to store and transport the cork massagers. Your stretching accessories stay clean and organised until you're ready to use them again.

I thought the kit of massage balls were very sturdy. The ball works well to get the knots out of my upper and lower back.

The size and density of these seem appropriate to the job. There are no suggestions for use. I’m not sure if they are solid cork. They seem pretty unyielding but for my purposes that’s fine.

I found many uses for posture and range of motion exercises. I like the cork for how hard it actually is. Great for sudden cramps too.
