I will try to right a wrong. Initially my girls had no interest in these chews. I believe it was because I introduced a new chew.The second day they did a 180. They decided they loved the chews and have never looked back. Great sizes, nothing small to choke on. Definitely the best value, recommend. Sorry 123!

These are not 5 pounds anymore. It was switched to only 2 pounds according to the bag but the weight in the bag isn't even 2 pounds. My dog loves these but they aren't affordable anymore. The availability is not reliable either. I've had them as a subscription for over a year but the order is often delayed or cancelled altogether.

I counted for all you lovely and inquisitive people, and there were 152 pieces in my 123-piece order. They were of varying degrees of thickness, I'd say: thick, medium, and thin. This makes sense given the nature of hides, and so I'm happy the order is done by weight. Honestly I was hoping for some thin ones in the mix as I have a tiny pooch along with the big one. I didn't count the tiny chips ranging from a silver dollar sized to a long chicken wing, but there were 4-6 additional chips on top of the 152 strips. They stink like rawhide, which the dogs love, so who am I to judge? So many rawhide treats are overly processed these days, even reeking of bleach, that I'm afraid to give those 'hygienic' treats to my pets as consumables. Just have some food storage bins or ziplocks on hand to store your purchase as the shipment is not air tight but affords for drying rather than contamination with oxygen absorbers (toxic).

These were very consistent in size, with a few being extra thick. Not many puny ones. My GSD and pit mix both love these. I've passed them out to my customer's dogs, and they all love them too. Going to try out the thick variety next.

We call them Hush Money because we give these treats to our dogs while we are eating so that we can eat in peace without barking or begging! We buy them about every 3-4 weeks for our dogs. They come in a plastic bag inside a box. The pieces are each about 2-3" wide x 5-6" long, but varying thicknesses. We have three dogs, so we give the thinnest to our smallest pup, thickest and largest to our big brute, and mid-size to our Husky. They love them. They do not stain their fur or the furniture. And no GI issues from these (though we only give one per day).

They really smell bad, and the smell gets all over your hands. However, the dog loves them. So thatโ€™s what matters. Good for 20 minutes of peace from a rambunctious puppy.
