Great price with quick delivery. 12 lbs. Three bags at 4 lbs each. Not too thick. Not too thin. Happy puppiedogs here now for the next 6 months. Then should be more on the way with subscription. And even better price. Time will tell.

So large and thick they are plastic-banded together like 2x4's at the lumber yard. Totally unsuitable for my small dog. Should say for large dogs--like a Great Dane. Smallish "chips" as featured in the picture would have been OK, but not these. I guess I can try to cut them down on a bandsaw. So false/deceptive product presentation. Worse, these are unreturnable!! Waste of money.

At first it took 3 days for my mini pit bull mix to destroy them. They're so big and thick he really exercises those already strong jaws! Now it takes 1/2 a day, but they still keep him occupied. He has to have one every minute of the day. He loves to hide them, usually in my clean laundry basket, and wants me to find them. To save time he guides me to the spot and pokes his nose around the area so I can find them easier. I can almost hear him say "duh". So these are his best friend. He also shoves them in my mouth to share. I have to say nom nom nom while he watches intently. They don't taste too bad actually. They're getting expensive though at 2 a day. Otherwise fairly reasonable price for what you get. Always supervise! My dog likes to swallow them when they're way to big and regurgitates. Some day one will get stuck!

I received the chews 2 days after ordered. They are quite large, but my two dogs a GSD and Blue Heeler chewed on them for quite awhile. Each chew is 7" X 3". My preference would be half that size, but will be purchasing them again. I rated a 5 because they last so much longer than the other rawhides and the dogs seem to love them as they want the chew rather than a jerky. And a four pound bag will last a month or so, longer if I can find something to cut them in half.

Please disregard the top review with the bird shot. Poor cow was shot with bird shot by some guy with a shotgun a few years before it was slaughtered. How was the rawhide processor supposed to know since it was healed and under the skin?My bag looks great. Dogs love, pitbull and a hound mix. Much better than the chips you buy at Walmart. Thick and big. Excellent product.

These "chips" come in really large pieces. I bought these to share with my 3 chewers, who are all blue nosed pits. I ended up having to cut each one in half which is a TOUGH and time consuming endeavor. Plus my dogs dont seem to like them as well as they have other brands I have bought. On the Upside, they are nice and thick so they stand up to brutal chewers for quite a while.Value for the money is great because they come in a stuffed full bag, they last for a couple days and once you ruin you hands and your favorite safety blade and cut them all in half you end up with twice the amount you started with. I give them 3 stars. Could be better described on the item page, but could also be a worse product.

So far I’ve only given each of my dogs one of these. I have a pit bull and a husky and they usually go through rawhide chips so quickly - within minutes, but these actually last soooo long. I gave it to them about 2 hours ago and they’re still going at them. Finally something that keeps them off my furniture and busy for longer than a few minutes. Maybe not suitable for small pups but if you have an aggressive chewer I highly recommend these.Note - one of my dogs is barking at it as she chews it I think she’s frustrated that it’s hard to destroy lol.
