I’ve had this product for about a year now and used it multiple times a week on my Napoleon grill. 1) it does not work..meaning it does not remove the build up like a normal brush does 2) you can buy this same thing at a retail store for a lot less $.Normal bristle style brush works perfectly and this is totally unnecessary.

I don't doubt that the build quality would allow this tool to last for many seasons of active grill use. However, the spiral, bristle-free feature may be safer but is nearly ineffective at removing charred material from the grill. I have the Napoleon Prestige, with the stainless grill rack. The spirals are too large to fit in between the wires of the rack. But, even brushing along the top of the rack is almost useless.So, premium pricing for a branded tool, but disappointing results. After two uses, I'm replacing it with the old, bristle scraper that I had used previously.

Four stars due to its size (a little big). But seems to do a nice job in cleaning the grates. So far the durability seems impressive.

This is a beefy, sturdy and heavy-duty grill cleaner. Napoleon manufactures this for their line of grills (of which we own one) but this would be great for any grill. It has the coils instead of the bristles that can break off easily and embed in your food, risking impalement in your throat (a known and growing hazard, apparently). While we haven't actually used it yet, it feels incredibly sturdy and should last many, many years.

Like: Size and the fact that there is no chance of a bristle breaking off and entering my food chain. Dis-Like: Does not clean my SS Grill nearly as well as my previous Napoleon Bristle Brush.
