This grill brush cleans the grates without the worry of metal bristles sticking to the grates. Pro tip for all of ya'll who burned this grill brush on a hot grill. Get a bucket and fill it up with water. Dip the brush in the water and brush a section of the grates then dip the brush back in the water. Continue until all the grates are clean. This technique actually steam cleans the grates leaving them spotless.

I had been using various traditional brushes and techniques to clean the grill but ever since i was introduced to these nylon brushes, cleaning has been a breeze my grill is the cleanest ever.

We use it every time we grill, gets everything off. Use other side for occasionally more stubborn gunk. Certainly very easy.

Well made heavy duty brush. Does the job well though it is strange to clean the grill when it is cold if you are use to doing it with a wire bristled grill brush. The fear with wire is that they can come out of the brush and get lodged in the food.

It does a decent enough job if you don't have too many bits stuck to the grill. The metal scrapers get rid of anything that's sitting exactly on the flat parts of the grill, but anything slightly off centre gets missed. That's where the brush is supposed to do its job, but often it struggles to shift everything. That's the trouble with needing to wait for the grill to cool down. Some stuff becomes very stuck if the grill isn't hot.

It's a very good brush for cleaning porcelain coated grill grates. Spray cool grates with a good cleaner, let sit for a minute, then scrub the grates and wipe off with a wet paper towel. Works great.

Very well made. Easy to clean and reuse the NON metallic brush head. I reordered it because the hard plastic handle melted because it was hanging on a hook that touched the hot surface of my Weber charcoal kettle grill. This damage was totally my fault and NOT the product quality.

This was the most disappointing item I have ever purchased from Amazon. It worked once and then was totally worn out. My recommendation is to NEVER buy this item. I had other BBQ cleaner brushes which have lasted for months. This item is one time use!

I recently had a close call with one of those older metal bristol bushes. A lone bristol came loose and nestled on my burger, which then proceeded to lodge in the roof of my mouth after I had taken a bite. I can only imagine what horrors would have happened if I had swallowed that. Word to the wise toss your old metal bristle brushes. There are some nightmare stories out there. This is a far safer option, and so far it's been quite an effective alternative. Recommended.

This is a great brush for grills, I would suggest not using the flat scraper on your grill grates. It just scratches them and loses and coatings. But the nylong bristles work fine. No it's not abrasive like metal brushes but there are 2 reasons you don't want a metal brush. 1. It hurts the surface of your grill greats making them harder to clean and causes food to stick more. 2. Metal brushes are dangerous, multiple people every year get prices of them stabbing into their mouth, throat or gut. It's super rare but does happen. Almost happened to me at a BBQ. Just let your grill cool, then use this and a bit of elbow grease. The nylon bristles came almost Perfectly clean with a quick blast of my garden hose. I will say my only 2 complaints are. 1. It's a bit light and cheap feeling. 2. The handle is awkwardly thick, like they expected you to use it with oven mitts. But those are minor issues. It's a great brush BUT DONT USE IT ON A HOT GRILL lol

I use a 6-burner Char-Broil grill with porcelain grates. Over the year and change I’ve had this grill, once used a metal brush to clean it. Few weeks back I noticed one of the bristles had stuck to a grate. The brush was on its way out anyhow, so I thought I’d give this nylon brush a shot.Suffice it to say, I’m not a fan. Yes, I’m not a dillweed & do not use this brush on a hot grill. Come on, people. But this thing does not effectively clean my grill. I always run the grill hot after cooking to burn everything off, but this brush doesn’t cut it.Main gripes:- The bristles are too far spaced apart and end up spreading around the grates.- Scraping edges are WAY to short, it’s ridiculous. You cannot use the scraping edges to run down the sides of grates. Wildly, frustratingly, short. I kept the old brush just to use the scraper on the end.- Despite advertised grit in the nylon bristles, there is very little cleaning power in the bristles.Positives:- Price point. Super cheap. I bought the brush and a new head for something like $15.- Size/sturdiness. This thing definitely feels good in your hands and you can apply some real pressure with it (which you’ll need to).- No metal bristles left behind. Part of my wanting to try a nylon brush was the fear of finding rusty, metal bristles in our food. But given the difficulty in cleaning with this, I’ll opt for being diligent in the future.

This brush works well and no metal pieces to fall off. Here what I do. Wet brush and paper towels with hot water. Turn barbecue on to low, wait a minute. Brush up and down and side to side quickly. Wipe clean with folded towels.Remember this is plastic and will melt if things get to hot so move quickly but don’t panic. Works every time for me.Rinse brush with hot water.
