Brush itself looks to be of good quality, but the product info mentions a “SteamWizards BBQ Grill Cleaning Brush Kit". (Basically a soft bag to add ice water.) and It was missing. Amazon doesn’t have a method for requesting the missing kit. (They prevent/hide the support chat button— and the manufacturer site has no product support section or link.) I’m left with no option but to return it.I am amending my review from one star to five stars. The seller had a product card in the package with an email address. I contacted them to express my concern. Not only did they respond quickly, but they also rectified my problem. The brush is high quality and the seller is responsive! I would buy from them again.

A nice heavy brush that gets off all the gunk and easily comes clean. Even without pre-cleaning, just put it in the top dishwasher rack, and you’re set. Had it about six months and it still looks new.

So far this grill brush works great. I grill pretty much daily from March through October. Had this for a few months and it's working nice. I have a small grill and since I'm single, it's just mostly one meal at a time that I'm grilling. We'll see how it holds up over the next several months and if I think about it, I'll come back and update this review. But so far I like it. It fits well in my hand and has a nice angle to the handle. Built very solid, does not flex at all unless you really lean into it hard. Which you really shouldn't do anyway.

It works well. Cleaned will when the grill is warm, much less effective on a cold grill. It could be wider. Also I don’t like that the part that holds the bristles is plastic. The bristles are metal, but not the black block that holds them. I can’t really use it to clean the grill in between different foods.

Feels solid, easy to use. The 'angle' of this in your hand is just right to scrape all the charred bits off your grill. Much better than the Weber one that I bought previously.

Note that I only used the brush once.I purchased it to clean an oven frying grill rack.I prefer and find it much better to use a multiple row spiral grill brush, and a heavy duty one, to clean my outdoor grill.Anyway, as a brush for cleaning frying grill rack inside a kitchen, over a marble kitchen top, this is not a bad choice, but it's not perfect.Main cons are:1. The bristles are pretty short, so I don't have much play with the angle that bristles hit the grill. I found myself rotating the grill a few times to cover every nook and cranny.2. I find that the width of a bristle group is too narrow. I have to go over the same spot a few times in order to actully hit it.3. While I understand that for self-tapped screws it's better to use philips head that is applied to less torque , but it's also easier to strip it. I expected a better solution to mount the brush head than philips screws.4. The bristles are bent out of shape pretty quickly. Thankfully only a small number of them at first use, but I expect that I would go through a few brush heads a year.So I removed one star for cleaning efficiency, and another star for robustness. There are also pros:1. The brush head is not too large, and the handle is not extremely long like some of outdoor grill brushes. These making it very confortable to use in a small kitchen setting.2. The bristles are flexible, not too hard, so they don't break and fall off all over. This shouldn't be taken lightly when working over a white marble kitchen top and ceramic sink.3. The handle is very comfortable and light. I appreciate that I don't need to bend my wrist while brushing.4. Having replacement heads, though it would have been nice having a hard cover to protect the bristles and my kitchen cabinet. I'm now using the flimsy plastic that came with the packaging as the brush head cover. All in all, it's ok, but not exceptional. For the price, if you don't need something robust and heavy duty, then this will do.
