Daughter recently started cheer and gymnastics. We ordered her this to help her with her stretching and flexibility. I was so surprised to see how much progress she’s made in the last few weeks alone after using this an another tool we ordered each day to stretch. Seems to be really helping her improve. And she loves the pretty shade of purple :)

This will work for a kid or a teenager. It massively improves your BALANCE and flexability. Resistance work is basic isometrics and if you dedicate yourself this strap can produce great results. She uses it regularly.

Easy to use. Comes with a card the gives instructions on stretches. If used often your flexibility will greatly increase. It’s a vibrant color blue and it is easy to store when done using.
