These work great! I’m trying to alleviate the pressure on my hands while I’m lifting weights and it’s really helping.

Provides solid wrist support without feeling restrictive. The grip stays in place even during heavier lifts, allowing better control without having to overcompensate with grip strength. Padding feels comfortable but doesn’t interfere with movement. Adjusting takes only a moment, and once secured, there’s no slipping or digging into the skin. Holding onto bars or weights feels more natural, making it easier to focus on form rather than worrying about grip fatigue.

These are an excellent idea for any female or smaller male, looking to lift and pull and push, safely and with much less damage to ones hand. Unless you want hands like a Canadian lumberjack in winter, these will help you keep blisters and skin abrasions to a minimum and help you grip bars much better! The wrist support that some others talk about, I did not find. Although there is some two-sided neoprene padding on the 1.5" wrist strap, I did not detect any metal support anywhere. There is, however, a bit of a build up of material at the very end of the hand pad, which helps in not letting a bar "roll" off your hand. It has a slight "stop" at the very end with this extra material sewn inside. The entire hand pad is made of some rubber compound. It is soft but very tough. It grips a steel bar like crazy! Close your hand around a bar, and you feel like one with the bar! Well, maybe not quite, but the grip is amazing! If you examine the hand pad, and look at the stitching involved, you can begin to understand the higher price. This is a very well made hand grip. Extremely well sewn, quality materials and a good design, these are advanced products that have designed and tested by those who would use them. The only comment I can make it terms of what could possibly improve these, is rather than having a single tag that on one unit says "Right", I would add a second tag to the other unit that says "Left"! They are a little difficult to get them right as you first try to use them, and a little more direction would be helpful!Bottom Line - It is a real joy to see such a quality product! An excellent idea for anyone starting or still using any kind of pushing, pulling, lifting or gripping and kind of exercise bar of handle!

Love my light-weight grips!I have “man hands” and wear a 7.5-8 sized Nitrile glove.(In case you don’t know, this is big for a lady.)I purchased the ‘Large’ and the fit is on point.Comfortable and dare I say sexy in that these aren’t masculine, cumbersome, and grumpy looking.Strong Velcro quality.Allows me to work out harder in the pull-up department and no calluses! If these last for years, the price point – currently 80 bones US – will be worth it.They off-gas a little so I set them outside to air out. Versa grip nails it once again. I have been using Versa grips for a very long time now, and have always found they are the perfect solution to lifting heavy when your grip strength is the limiting factor. I have used the PRO line for years, and loved my grips for how much value they bring to my workouts in allowing me to reach muscle hypertrophy. Since larger muscle groups like your back require a lot of weight, but your forearms and grip may give out at those higher weights, these always help. The FIT PRO line is specific for women, and seems to be identical to the PRO's, with different colours. These function the exact same as my PRO's, and fit the same. I found that giving these grips to female lifters immediately allows them to row and pull much more weight, and allows them to reach muscle hypertrophy better. The sizing guide provided on Versa Grip's website is accurate and should be followed to get the perfect fitting grip. I like these grips so muchI keep a few on hand in my gym in case I see someone who needs some straps. The next time I see them in the gym they have bought their own pair. I think that speaks for itself. When it comes to lifting straps, I will always recommend VERSA GRIPS, and only them because of their quality, durability, comfort, and ease of use. 5/5 stars

I’ve been using the men’s Pros for the past year and needed a bigger size to fit over my wrist braces. This female version is basically the same as the men’s, except for a softer strap, negligibly longer and thinner foam, and the word “Fit” on the strap. These are way better than standard wrist straps, but not magic. I have tendonitis in both wrists, and even these hurt my wrists when doing pulling exercises. I use them over carpal tunnel braces and that works for me. I feel like these are way too expensive for what they are made of. There are knock-offs on Amazon that look exactly like these, at a fraction of the price, that you may want to consider.

I've been using Versa Gripps for over 15 years, and I’ve always been impressed by their durability and functionality, but the FITPRO takes it to the next level. As a female athlete, I appreciate the perfect blend of power, comfort, and style these provide.Pros:Enhanced Grip Length: The 6.25" grip offers maximum lifting power and control. Whether you're lifting dumbbells or barbells, these grip straps ensure a firm hold.Comfortable Foam: The 20% softer foam is a game-changer. It cushions my wrists and hands during heavy lifts without compromising strength.Improved Webbing: The new design makes the grip feel softer and more comfortable, reducing hand fatigue, especially during longer sets.Quality Material: These are made in the USA 🇺🇸, and you can feel the quality. I’ve used many grips over the years, but the craftsmanship here is top-notch.Stylish: The FITPRO comes in trendy colors, so you can match your athletic style while getting the most out of your workout.Cons:Tight Fit for Some: I usually wear a small, and while it fits perfectly, the XS from my previous pair felt a bit tight. I recommend sizing up if you’re on the line between two sizes.Sweaty Palms Issue: If you suffer from sweaty palms, the grip may slip slightly unless you use a chalk product or grip-enhancing product. But that’s a common issue with most grips, not just this one.Overall, I highly recommend these Versa Gripps® Fit Pro for anyone serious about weight training. They’ve improved my performance significantly, and I feel more secure lifting heavier weights. If you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable, and high-performance lifting grip, the FITPRO is an absolute must.

I contemplated between these and the xtremes. After hearing mixed reviews about the quality of the stitching on those ones and seeing more consistency with these ones, I opted for these. They are so awesome! Having used basic nylon ones that feel like thick seat belts, I mean they beat bare handed for sure, but verse is like a whole nother tier above. I’ve used them maybe 10+ times over the course of the month I’ve had them and these have really assisted in targeting my upper back and glutes. I’m not a professional by any means, I like to workout for my own ambition and pleasure, and these just open up a whole new world for me.

These are fantastic. I do a lot of deadlifting at the gym. I’ve used wraps & hooks mostly but these are so much easier to use & I love that they’re sized for women. So much in the lifting world is made for men. I measured my wrist & originally ordered the large but they were huge. So I ordered small & they fit perfect. These will be a game changer for my 1RM.
