The traditional use for prewrap is under athletic tape to keep the tape from adhering to skin, however it has dozens of other uses that make it indispensable for athletes. It has been commonly used in recent years as a hair band to keep flyaway hairs out of athletes' eyes. Because it is easy to tear but strong when twisted, it is also used to create knee and elbow straps that alleviate the pressure on painful tendons. These rolls are sold in bulk, not in retail packaging. All prewrap is produced for IthacaSports and is comparable to Mueller or Cramer. My skin is sensitive to wrapping tape and this goes underneath. No irritation and now tape is easily removed. I love this pre-wrap.

Back when I was in my fitness days, I use this all the time for my hair. Since I started doing hot yoga and cycling, I bought it again. For some reason it doesn’t pull my hair like headbands and it’s much more comfortable.This is not the best quality one I’ve ever bought, but it does the trick. I can even reuse some of the headbands. I make a few times by throwing them in my gym bag. The texture is fine. It does the job and it was cheap.

I use a lot of pre-wrap as a soccer player and I’m always looking for a good quality pre-wrap that won’t break easily. This pre-wrap is thick and I typically use it to make headband so it stays in my hair pretty well. I’ve purchased this type of pre-wrap multiple times, and will continue to do so in the future.
