First time trying a sim car to used in Spain. Bought it on Amazon in the USA.Activated 1 day before arriving they recommend 2 days.Had some problems at first but was able to be on Wi-Fi and they help by WhatsApp.Great customer service will buy it again on my next Europe trip.

Worked as advertised. Just got off from the plane in Barcelona, inserted on the phone and had connection instantly. Showed that it had a very small balance, but 10 minutes later it was automatically updated to the promised data plan. Recommended 100% A+++

Great tool for data usage and phone calls in Europe. Super easy to register (no account needed) and you pick the start date, so you can register in advance. Record the PIN, swap out your physical SIM card, and restart your phone when in Europe and you're connected! Once there, you'll get a text with your phone number! Works flawlessly!! So worth the money to have data for Uber or taxi rides no matter where you are. And works with Tracfone phones! Unlocked Tracfone Samsung A15 5g for the record.

I followed the directions for installing the SIM . When I landed I cut my phone on in the airport. It asked for my code to unlock my phone. I put my normal code in the phone and it did not work. The company sends you an email with the code for the SIM card. If you can't unlock your phone to get to your email, then you cannot access your code. I was using an android phone that does not have facial recognition. There fore I could not unlock the phone and it will give you a limited number of tries to unlock before it permanently locks. I had to purchase an Orange SIM card at the train station and have them set it up.

I bought this for a trip to Spain which also had a stop in Amsterdam. No problem in these locations. Set up was easy on a laptop. During our flight I swapped the sim and upon landing it was working. The first time you turn on your phone, and every time your restart your phone, you will be prompted to enter the PIN that is printed on the card that comes with the sim, so it's a good idea to take a pic. I used a lot of data (not sure how much?) and probably didn't come close to using up the allotment. Speed was 5g in Malaga, Spain, and was faster than I am used to with my phone back in the USA. No texting, but I was able to make a few local calls no problem. Used Whatsapp and Messenger for messaging and calling. Interestingly, on a day trip to Morocco (not listed to work here) my phone found a network and worked for about 30 minutes and then stopped. This was a cheap solution during my travels and worked better than expected.

Activating was easy. Just send them email with required information and date to activate. I reconfirmed the activation day before travel and they replied to confirm. It did not work in London but worked great in Ibiza, Spain.
