The SIM card came and was definitely A perfect fit in my phone. However, the main reason I got this is because of the concept that it allows you to install third-party sims. I installed it in my phone and I went and I downloaded the root app And out of the box that flat out didn't work when I tried to add a sim I was getting an error. And so I contacted support. The one thing I will tell you is support was very responsive and answered immediately. That's the one good thing about them. Support guided me to download an app from a link they sent. And after I did this, I was able to add the sim. But I have to wonder why the correct working version isn't the version in the Play Store and you have to manually download a third-party version of the app. I find that weird. Regaurdless After installing it, the trial sim started working. And that's great and all, but then I tried to install the third party sim. Simply to test it, I just signed up for a trial for a free e-sim. Trying to add the ECIM, I kept getting an error and had to contact support once again. Support was sending me generic FAQ responses which were not helpful and weren't solving the problem and eventually they forwarded to a technician. The technician then eventually got back to me about a day later telling me I had to add Some kind of letters to the e-sim code. After adding these letters, After adding these letters Successfully, however, it was giving me absolutely no service on the third party ESIM. Well, I cannot guarantee that this was an issue with the app itself Judging by my experience with it so far, it seems likely. Additionally, there are other ECIM apps that in order to install an ECIM, detect if your phone is ECIM compatible or not, and don't actually give you a QR code but have an automatic setup. These apps do not work with this SIM card at all. An example of this is instabridge. All in all, I had really high hopes, but just expect a major headache and there's definitely no way to guarantee you're gonna get anything to work outside of the Sims that EIOT themselves sells. But if you're there to install third-party sims, just be aware it may not work.

Horrible experiencia.No he podido habilitar el esim físico en la aplicación, la primera vez que intenté, el sistema se cerró, y al intentar hacer el proceso de vuelta, no deja, ya que muestra como si y hubiera utilizado, cuando le escribo a soporte, me dan vueltas y no han resuelto nada.Incluso el app parece haber detectado de forma errónea el IMEI y les registro en plataforma uno distinto y eso fue todo, de ahí, solo mensaje de que se registró antes, pero sigue sin funcionar.Tener cuidado.

Me encantó el producto, facilidad de gestionar y se puede de forma remota no se necesita de tener la ESIM en el mismo dispositivo y se puede gestionar todo, ideal para estar al pendiente de los familiares y ayudarles con el manejo de los perfiles y datos.

Easy installation, just put in the SIM card, install and update the app (Play Store version out of date, just be sure to allow install from "unknown resources"), add EID, and that's it. You can add more profiles by scanning QR codes or buying them from the 1st party store. Buying eSIMs from the store was relatively straightforward and easy to use. However, I ran into issues with 3rd party eSIMs that I loaded through QR code. Supposed to be able to load 3rd party eSIM into the card, but this option straight up didn't work for me. Able to download them onto the card, but doesn't connect to the network.Comes with 1GB local data, but the speed was very slow, potentially throttled.

This SIM card doesn’t work with my Motorola G play, even though it’s unlocked. It won’t recognize the card as if it’s online. It’s not very easy to set up, but it works with all networks supposedly. Already contacted support. It’s not worth it, get another product.

The Google Play App for Android does not work. It will not let you add eSIM profiles (though the trial eSIM profile works).You must contact EIOTClub in Chat for the download location of the APK file and then side-load it into the Android device (you must allow downloads from unknown sources to be able to load APK files).Side-loading is usually not recommended because those APK files have not been vetted by Google to ensure that there is no malware.I would buy a different eSIM adapter such as the one from 9eSIM that uses open source app to load eSIM profiles.

I've used EIOT club for the past year, great connection to the towers. I have no issues with watching videos, phone calls are secure and clear. Very easy setup, and the customer service is wonderful! It took me less then 3 minutes to insert the card, and less than 10 minutes to get a connection going.Their plans to choose from are simple to understand, great value and lots to pick from. If at first things don't work, get a hold of the customer support. They are very helpful, walking you through the process if you can't figure it out.I look forward to testing this SIM overseas soon, I'm glad they made it available!
