Made From Slash Pine Tree Gum & Rosin
Mountain Pine Pure Gum Spirits of Turpentine is distilled from slash pine trees that are indigenous to Georgia & other Southern states.
We use time tested harvesting methods to collect pine rosin, to be distilled at our South Georgia facility using traditional methods that have been around for hundreds of years.

This turp product smell more like petrolium than the strong pine scent I'm used to from other brands. The potency appears weak as well. I did not recieve any response from the vendor after sending them a message.

Does an EXCELLENT job at cleaning the brushes. I still use paint thinner first to get most of the oil paint off, but normally it would take 3 to 4 times using the paint thinner alone, but with this product...it's one time in the paint thinner them one time in the Pine ......

This turpentine is great!! Nice size bottle. Is great for oil painting ( which is what I use it for). Not sure what else it would be used for. But so far so good. No issues with it! Thanks!

It's my favorite for oil painting! Some may prefer mineral spirits or turpenoid but I personally prefer natural turpentine as I find the smell far more pleasant and it does not ever make me feel dizzy. My only complaint is it's quite expensive and there are cheaper & safer alternatives for similar prices such as lavender spike oil. overall, it is very good and makes painting a delight.

Quality turpentine at a favorable cost. Buying the large size works out to save a bit more as well.
