This work amazingly, even with cheaper craft paints. Work quickly as it speeds up drying but it works really well.

Does not take much but helps give better coverage using less paint. Just helps flow better especially if using flow improver and dry retarded. I use 7-10 drops paint, 1 drop thinner, 1 drop improver, 1 drop retarder. Works great for painting models and 2 coats is solid.

If you use water-based acrylics then a lot of thinners are off the table for you. This Vallejo thinner covers that gap- It's a great one-stop product for thinning not only Vallejo acrylics, but any generic craft store paints you may have around.It also works great for brush/handpainting as well- There are ration directions on the bottle for hand paints and it's been a dream there, too.
