Like all of these chargers, ensure you are mounting it somewhere when you turn your wheel the thing you are charging does not bend against your gas tank or anything else. I unfortunately broke the lower USB port of this product on it's maiden voyage because I mounted it too low and the hand warmers that were plugged in stuck out too far.The remaining USB port has functioned perfectly and will charge my phone and power anything else I plug into it. It will not FAST charge or SUPER FAST charge like some younger people might expect from everything nowadays, but it will charge your device at a decent enough pace that you can be running GPS and Music and still have the percentage go UP.I like the fact that I can flip a button to power off whatever I have plugged in so as not to drain the battery and I really like the voltmeter so I can tell what my battery is at.

This bar mounted charger is an excellent option if you have two devices to mount to your bar. I have a phone that I use for navigation and an action camera that doubles as a dash cam. This has a port for each and can keep both charged while I ride. I also like that it has an on/off switch so I don't have to disconnect the SAE cable near the battery under the seat. I can just switch it off and not worry about it draining the battery. Its a much simpler installation than using a relay that is connected to switched power.

I recently got this 36W Dual USB Motorcycle Phone Charger, and it’s exactly what I needed for long rides. You can connect via SAE or directly to the battery. If you decided to tap in directly to the battery, the harness comes with its own fuse for added safety. The on/off switch and LED voltage monitor are great for keeping an eye on battery health, which is super convenient. It’s also built to handle the elements with a rubber cover cap that keeps it waterproof. Highly recommend this for anyone who needs a reliable charging solution on the go.

This was a great choice as it has several key features that I was looking for in a single unit. It has the very much needed USB C that my iphone now requires to charge.. it also has a USB A port which I will use to charge a rechargeable flashlight. i like the very clear digital readout that I can see even without having my glasses on. My kit didn't come with instructions... which if I were mounting it on a set of handlebars would have been very obvious on how to accomplish this... however, my plan is to mount it inside my saddlebag running the wire through the bag with the quick disconnect on the outside of the bag. I was able to figure out how to use the other pieces included within the kit to allow me to mount it to the saddlebag mounting screw allowing the charging unit to remain neatly tucked up and out of the way within the bag.
