The filters arrived early. The cover box looks rather old. Filter inside looks good. Makes me wonder how old this filter is. As you can see, the filter looks a little dusty.

Works great on my patriot. No need to over tighten, just use your hands. Make sure you have no leaks after you start your car and you are good to go.

A quality filter and a great value for the money. Mopar filters have a great durability, no leakage and ease of removal if you follow the recommend 1 turn past touching the seal. Always apply a dab of clean oil to the new filter seal and prime with fresh oil before installing. The cleaning ability of these filters is OEM quality and the burst strength is evident by the nice thick casing.
