Didn't think it was the right one at first, since it took some finagling to get it to fit. It is a really small piece.

Like Chubbs once said! Just gotta tap it in. Give it a tappero. Fits great! Worked perfect. Zero complaints about this inexpensive tool. Great value!

Supposed to lock pinion and cam sprockets for loosening or tightening, but absolutely no where near being able to fit, useless not even heavy enough for a paperweight.

Great tool and price point. A little snug at fitment. But, patience prevailed. I seen some reviews of the tool being chewed up. I think that's where the patience failed. You may have to jack rear wheel up, rotate tire a little to get it to slide in, if engine is still in the frame.

Appears the tool is made out of Delrin which is a great durable, chemical resistant material. The teeth that engage the Cam gears are a touch on the tight size and I had to tap it in with a hammer. There are also no orientation marks on the tool so it was a bit of guess work to know which way it goes.Once installed though, it worked perfectly! I forsee this tool lasting a lifetime for your average DIYer and probably many years for someone who works on these engines daily.Good price, quality and performance!

Tool doesn’t work, tried to use it and“NOPE” doesn’t work at all… won’t go in between the can gear and crank gear ….sending it back for a refund…. But a JIMS TOOL… guaranteed that will fit….

Worked on my 03 Ultra Twin cam with hydraulic tensioners. Much less expensive than the Jim's tool.
