I was happy to find this as I was remodeling my kitchen and saw that it matched my Moen faucet perfectly. Very solid and just the right amount of soap. Since it sits all the way in the back, I'll have to report back on how easy it is to refill.

Finally, a properly designed soap dispenser. It's tall enough to stick your hand under and they soap does not ooze out of the bottom pitting the metal. Beautiful finish. Sturdy, I'm sure it will last for years unlike my last one.

In the past few months we have been replacing all our old faucets in the house with new Moen ones. In the kitchen we installed the Weymouth faucet in Brushed Gold (purchased from Rona), it’s a beautiful deep dark gold … a month later, I purchased this soap dispenser in the same finish to complete our kitchen set up, to our disappointment, it’s NOT the same colour, it’s just a little but noticeably lighter. First time that I’m displeased with Moen.

I appreciate good quality, and this soap dispenser is what i expected, very good quality. Easy to use and beautiful, and i have no regrets. I used dawn dish soap and water 50/50 and that prevents or delays many issues that come up with soap dispensers getting gummed up over time. Even if it does it can be cleaned. I noticed some buyers mention they do not dilute their soap and it works well. Also, without over tightening the bottle, i made sure i tightened it until i barely felt resistance so the dispenser pump would work properly, and that took longer that i expected to twist until it was in place. Otherwise, if this detail is not given proper attention i could see the pump would not dispense properly. And it would not be something wrong with the pump. One last point is that it fills from the top...and that makes it easy to refill.

While the design is appealing and i thought i was buying quality product by purchasing Moen, the bottom plastic broke in just a few weeks. Now i cant screw on the bottle that holds the soap. Certainly not worth the money. I should have gone with Kohler for 1/2 the price and twice the quality. I would love to match the Moan faucet i bought but I will not pay another $124 so the plastic can break again. They should send a second product if they value customer servicee.

This soap pump is very attractive, works well and is sturdy. I suspect it will last a long time. I like the large 18 oz. soap bottle because you don't have to refill it that often. I gave it 4 stars because, as stated in other reviews, it doesn't dispense much soap. It is fine if you are washing your hands, but you will have to pump it several times for a sink full of dishes. You also have to push it quite firmly to get the maximum amount of soap per pump--a bit annoying if you need to pump it several times. It is also a bit pricy, although most rubbed bronze finishes cost more. It matched my Moen faucet beautifully, and they look great together. Overall, I like it, but I'm not sure I would purchase this same pump again.

This was a fantastic purchase. The pump is incredibly attractive and matches our faucet beautifully.The pump is sturdy and firm when pressed to dispense soap. What I really like is that it gives a suitable amount of soap with precision, and there is no waste, so the pump stays full longer.ALSO: It's super easy to fill. You just pull up on the pump and the pumping unit comes out so there is a wide opening through which to pour the liquid soap. On our previous pump, it was torture; the opening was small and the soap only went down very slowly. It took forever to fill the bottle. This one has a large enough opening to permit the soap to go through much more quickly.The unit installed in just minutes in our existing opening. Taking out the old unit took ten times longer than simply screwing this in place. You just screw a collar above the counter to the bottle below the counter and press the pumping unit into place in the collar.Great choice and real easy installation.
