For some reason it does not create the airtight seal between faucet and counter so I returned. It is otherwise as described in add. Also you do need to purchase a additional plumbing tool if you don't have one to install

So, I mainly needed the special metal washer in this kit (though the nut came in handy as well). Mine had completely corroded and fell apart and so the faucet fell into the sink.This was difficult to install because of the tight space under the sink (and I did not have the "special wrench" mentioned in the instructions) but I got it installed and all tightened up. The original lasted around 10 years so I should be good for another 10 for now (I hope). I was very happy to pay the extre $2.50 for overnight shipping so I could get it fixed right away.I could have received this for free from Moen since it's warrantied for life but might have taken a few weeks to get it and instead I paid and got it overnight from Amazon (well worth it.

I was excited to get a great deal on a Moen faucet off of marketplace but did not even think about checking for all the hardware. We ordered this product and it was exactly what we needed to install the faucet and get our sink functioning! The price is very fair and the products feel like great quality.

I lost one part during kitchen sink repair. Kit contained what I needed. I’ll rethink Moen in the future. They design things difficulty different.

The kit comes with two different nuts which should fit any Moen faucet shank. Absolutely needed and does not come with the Faucets they sell as Moen shows installing a Faucet on YouTube with this mounting kit. Instead of the plastic Moen wrench I used a metal 27/32 for removing tub and shower valves for $6 at Home Depot and got the faucet shank nut much tighter. The only way you can use the standard metal hex Lessons learned but definitely the way to go since it gives you extra leverage and reduces the length of the shank which then allows you to use the standard hex.
