I ordered this as a christmas gift it came broken, sent it back waited for replacement and the 2nd one came broken. Needless to say I had a very disappointed daughter 😔

This was a spontaneous purchase just to have something to look at in my room, it's growing a lot faster then I thought it would and its super small and great for apartments and classrooms!

I wish they had this type of craft when I was a kid. Loved to grow stuff and never have really watchedthe roots form .... smart toy!

I ordered this two times. The first time it was not usable as the actual container was broken. The second time the bottom part of the clear container had cracks but decided to keep it as it could still hold the dirt.Pretty cute concept, my daughter loved it. Especially growing the dirt. (Note you do not need to get dirt! I did not read the box before purchasing dirt that I thought I needed.We did get sprouts but no roots and it’s been a couple months now. Could just be my black thumb but maybe hold on the root expectations.

The bottom grates were broken upon arrival. The container also leaks HORRIBLY. There are two separate sets of directions. The seeds all came in one packet mixed together so it was a pain to separate them especially after soaking them like it tells you to. Most of the seeds were also floaters, so they likely won’t even sprout. Also, if you follow the directions this fun little project includes waiting for over an hour - definitely not something I recommend for little kids. Absolutely garbage quality all around. Would not purchase again, is not giftable, horrible value for the money. You’d be better off using an old fish tank or terrarium and buying better quality seeds and dirt that doesn’t take an hour to prepare and will actually fill the entire container.

Im only giving this 4 stars, i would give 5 stars but, see this was a gift. But when the box was opened it was missing the seeds. It says on the box that the seeds are supposed to be included. So my child was unable to grow anything without seeds. She likes this grow kit but was disappointed when the seeds were missing.
